Start from the beginning

"Uhm, hello, can I help you?" Wilbur asked. "Oh, my god, it is you! I can't believe it!" The boy laughed.

Wilbur was confused.

"Pardon? Remind me who you are?" He said. "Oh, that's right! You're all over the news; they say something about you loosing your memory. I guess you don't recognize us!" The boy shrugged.

"Yeah, I don't, sorry." Wilbur turned to walk away.

A hand grabbed his shoulder and he got a flash of the main boy from school that would hurt him.

"Come on, babe, leave him alone, it's been years," The girl said, "We're fucking adults now, why are you still acting so childish like this?"

Wilbur pulled his shoulder away.

"Don't touch me." Wilbur said, glaring at the boy, who saw the look of realization on Wilbur's face. "Oh, come on, I have missed you so much! You have no idea! Come give an old friend a hug!"

The boy reached out and Wilbur shoved him away, and tried to walk off.

Key word, tried.

The boy stepped in front of Wilbur, obviously mad, and started shouting at him.

"Back off of him, babe!" The girl said, coming over.

"Yeah, back off, prick." Wilbur added.

That...was a mistake.

The boy landed two hard punches to Wilbur's nose and stomach, who held his face in pain and stumbled backwards.

"Oh, my god! You don't know when to fucking stop!" She grabbed the boy by his hair, "I'm so sorry, Wilbur, for him, and how I acted in the past."

Wilbur just waved a hand, hoping she took that as "it's fine I guess" since that's what he meant.

And then, just like all those years ago, it started to rain.

"Great. There goes my makeup. And you," She tugged on his hair as he tensed up from the pain, "We are having a long talk on the way home, I'm calling your mother, and we are over!" She said as she dragged him away in the rain.

Wilbur stood there for a moment, still dazed and in pain.

He took his hand away from his nose, seeing blood on his palm.

"Fuck." He sighed, looking up at the sky.

He then began briskly walking back home; his clothes and hair getting drenched with the rain, and his bleeding nose staying on like a faucet. Well, not that much blood, but it never stopped bleeding.

He felt his phone vibrate in his pocket.

He stopped under an awning so his phone wouldn't get wet, and looked, seeing a text from Techno.
