Hi all,

I haven't had a chance to work on this book for so long now (going on 6+ months from the last update and barely so in the past year) and I've felt awful for all the new readers adding it to their reading lists.

Consequently, I've decided to take it down, edit it and then repost it once I am in a position to write the new chapters, which is unlikely to be until autumn.
