"Fuck you" her voice echoed in the four walls, sounding full of anger.
"Only if you insist" A smug smirl playing on his heavenly lips, Enjoying pushing her to the edge.
"Dear...
"Mhm! I see" Andrew muttered, not knowing how to actually give a reply to her. When Adalyn sense the awkward response she decided to introduce herself.
"By the way, Mr. Raid I'm Adalyn White and He is my son Aaron White."
"Mr. Raid?" Andrew knitted his brow in slight distaste he didn't like the way it rolled down from her tongue. It didn't settle for his ears, he can't understand why he is feeling the urge to hear his name from her lips.
"Aren't you the one who owns Reid Enterprises?" Adalyn ended her answer with confusion written over her face. She had a little idea of him being the owner of Reid Enterprises but she was not completely sure about that.
"you know me?" Andrew said and Adalyn give him a look of disgust like she is asking 'Are you really that dumb?'
"who didn't know The Reids?"
"Ah! I see where it's coming from-" But before he could complete his sentence his phone rang.
"I'm sorry, It's important for me. I have to attend it." Andrew said and Adalyn nodded her head in an understanding manner.
"It's least of a problem Mr. Reid. There's a balcony that way you could attend it there without any disturbance" Adalyn pointed towards a specific direction and Andrew dragged his legs in that direction. When Andrew left Aaron whined, shaking her mother's leg in order to grab her attention back.
"Aaron's hungry," Aaron said making grabby hands towards Adalyn. Aadlyn smiled before picking her ball of fluff into her arms.
"Then let's get going." With that, they make their way toward their next target which is, of course, the kitchen.
.o.Time skip to 1.5 hours.o.
Adalyn was busy preparing for dinner when Andrew's thoughts run across her mind she is still unable to get a hold of all this. So many events had been taking place since morning firstly her not-so-pleasant meeting with Mr. Kinght, then Aaron's panic attack and now she is having Andrew fucking Reid as her guest. who is supposedly attending a phone call upstairs.
So many things to gran at once, and her brain needs time to process everything.
'How Mr. Reid managed to calm Aaron down during his panic attack?'
She just can't make herself believe that Aaron actually behaves goofy around Mr. Reid but she is happy for her son.
"I'm sorry It took me long enough," Andrew said pulling Adalyn out of her thoughts.
"It's totally fine Mr. Reid would you like to grab dinner it's 7 already," Adalyn said proposing her idea in front of him.
"No offense, but don't you think dinner at 7 is very early?" Andrew asked nervously.

"I'm sorry It took me long enough," I said announcing my presence to her even tho that little kid was also there sitting and wiggling his legs in the air because apparently, his height didn't allow his legs to reach the floor. he was kicking his leg in a very odd manner and I can't figure it out how he still manage to look fucking ass cute.
"It's totally fine Mr. Reid would you like to grab dinner it's 7 already," She said in dismissing tone, but why the heck she is still addressing me as Mr. Reid? Why just she can't use my first name? aren't we close enough to call each other by their first names? ohh! yeah! we aren't that close because we just fucking meet 1 or 2 hours ago. but still!!
"No offense, but don't you think dinner at 7 is very early?" I asked nervously? What the fuck is wrong with me, I never fucking ever in my life felt nervous before.
"They say no carbs after 7" she replied with a slight shrug on her shoulders, and this is the moment I noticed that she is fucking well-built. She has muscles, god damn I was so busy admiring her face that I forget to exclaim her body.
"Ah! A fitness freak, I see." what A lame reply out there Andrew. Shame on you.

"of course-- I mean-- yeah!! I would love to join you guys for dinner." AHHHHHHH! I FUCKING SHUTTERED. No way in hell I shuttered, this is so embarrassing. I can't stand it she is making me do things I never did. First, she made me dumb stuck, then she made me nervous and now she is making me fucking shutter.
"Anything in specific you would like to have for dinner?" she asked with a soft tone? I can't figure it out.
"you cooking?" she cooks?
"I. Am. Cooking." she let out giving extra pressure to each and every word. Oh! so, she cooks. No! She is cooking. and I didn't notice? Andrew, are you getting old? Congratulations on having second-hand embarrassment.
"What I meant was-" Come up with an excuse Andrew. bloody fast you slow pig.
"-Ah, that by looking at this Luxury you owned in the name of your house say you earned enough paying for maids and butlers." Woh! great, now you are eating weirdly in front of a beautiful lady.
"Aaron doesn't feel comfortable around people," she said sadly and I had a very big urge to give her world.
"Purple" a voice came from the dining table. But whom does he calling now with this stupid ass nickname?
"Purple~~~" Poor human being, whoever's having this gagging nickname.
"I think he is calling you," she said, and Now that I have grabbed the piece of information. my eyes grew big, a frustrated groan left my throat.
"Seriously, purple" I huffed and make my way out from the kitchen, towards the dining table.
But that nickname was worth it when her soft yet small laugh reaches my ears. Calming the string of my heart.
Conclusion of the day: She has a fucking beautiful laugh.
