At the current moment, all Abigail could do was stare her best friend dead in the face.
Sofia had just dropped a bombshell on her- the game the two girls would be attending was against Liverpool.
For some reason, Abigail never thought to check Arsenal's game schedule online. She didn't worry about what she would wear since Sofia told her she'd take care of it. And she did, as she had four different jerseys laid out for the girl.
Two of the options were Arsenal jerseys. The first of the two was a home jersey with Ødegaard's name and number on the back. The second was the women's third kit- light pink jersey with Saka's name.
The remaining options were the two Liverpool jerseys. Just like Arsenal, Sofia presented the team's red home kit along with their white and green away kit. Both had Virgil's name across the back.
Sofia had already picked her jersey, and despite being a scouser herself, she was wearing Arsenal's home kit with Havertz on the back. It was an easy choice for her- she came to support her lover and she was proud to do so.
On the other hand, Abigail's choice wouldn't be so easy whatsoever. Ignoring her situation, she would've picked the Liverpool jersey right away. But did she want to wear Virgil's name on her back after he ignored her?
