Rae's POV:
Rayna was in the kitchen. On the floor, laying in her blood.
Sevyn called an ambulance.
2 hours later
We were in the hospital waiting for answers on what happened to Rayna.
I was laying on Sev's shoulder and couldn't stop crying.
The doctor finally came and told us Rayna had been shot in the her back and the back of her head multiple times. He then told us something even worse.
She didn't make it.
I couldn't believe what he just said was true. I didn't even cry because I was in such shock.
I didn't like my sister at all but I didn't want her to end up dead like my brother. I still loved her.
3 hours later
We got in the car and left the hospital. I tried calling my parents to tell them what happened but nobody picked up the phone.
I had nowhere to go since my house was flooded with police trying to find out who shot Rayna.
I decided to see if it was okay to stay with Sev for the night.
"Sev" I say in A low tone
"Yes?" She asks me
"Is it okay if I stay with you tonight?" I asked her
"I would but my mom won't let you." She says in disappointed tone
"Why will she not all of the sudden?" I ask her
"She wants us to break up." She tells me
This day just kept getting worse.
"Oh ok." I say
"We can stay in the car tonight okay?" She tells me
"What do you mean?" I ask her
"I'll go home and grab some stuff we may need for tonight and I'll bring it to the car. We gon sleep in the car tonight" she tells me
"No no no, it's fine ma. I can find somewhere to go." I tell her
"Like where?" She asks
I really didn't have anywhere so I couldn't answer.
"Exactly, we gon sleep in here tonight." She tells me.
We ended up sleeping in her car that night but neither of us got much sleep.
Next Morning (Sunday)
"Rae Rae, do you want anything to eat?" Im awoken by Sevyn talking to me and gently shaking me
I sit up in my seat and see we're in the McDonalds drive-thru.
"Oh uhm nah Im okay" I answered
She orders her food and pulls into A parking space.
"Here, I got you A hash brown. Try eating because you haven't eaten since breakfast yesterday morning." She tells me while handing me A hash brown
I hesitated to eat but I did and after I ate I did feel A little better mentally and physically. I was able to think A little clearer.
We both finish our food and sit in the parking lot talking to eachother.
"Rae, did you ever receive A scholarship for college?" She asks me
"Nah, I didn't" I tell her
"We graduate in 2 weeks and I don't want you going to the military Raelynn." She tells me in a disappointed tone
"Trust and believe, ima be fine." I tell her while holding her hand
