I awoke from my unconscious state, staring up at a ceiling. I don't remember how I got to my bed or even what happened before, my vision was blurry and my mind was unclear. I heard shuffling at the side of my bed which awoken my senses and I sat up.
I stretched and yawned, then a voice said, "Good you're finally awake friend! I'm glad you are not dead!"
That scared me
I wasn't ready to be met with an unfamiliar voice when I awoke neither the fact that it's in my house.
I turn to the side, staring at the creature. He looked oddly familiar. I was still half asleep when he spoke so all I could say was.
"Um..hi?"
