"Amara if you don't get off me" I mumbled we were in my room just chilling waiting on Imani to pull up and get us to go out and get our nails, feet done.
"Ohhh my goddd you must hate me or somethingggg" Amara said jokingly whining while getting up off me and looked at me then playfully rolled her eyes.
"Amara you know I don't like people touching me" I said softly not knowing Amara was joking, she and Imani both know I don't like people being all up on me.
"I know Pooh I was just joking" she laughed before looking down at her phone

"Cmon Imani just texted me and said she outside" she said getting up garbing her purse, I got up and got my purse and slipped my feet in my slides.We both headed out the door and I locked it before heading to Imani's car
"Hey my bookie yana and my bookie Amara " Imani said smiling at me as I got in the front seat while Amara got in the back
"Hey mani" I said leaning over to hug her
"Hey Pooh" Amara said leaning up to give her a lil kiss on the cheek. Mani put the car in drive and started making their way to the nail salon
"So yana how you been bookie I haven't seen you in a minute" mani said looking over at me before looking back at the road, mani and Amara knew what I went through we been friends since we were all in the 3rd grade they lived near my grandmothers house that passed away a year ago from lung cancer, leaving me the house and me to take after my young sister Khistiana.
"Umm good, I've been packaging orders and watching after Khistiana she just joined the majorette team at her school so she been a little busy" I told them.

"We would like to have a full set and pedicure" mani said looking at the lady
"Okay right this way" they all followed her and got seated to get their toes and nails done at the same time
