During that time, in addition to the slow wifi and computer, I noticed that my mental health deteriorated to the point where I was procrastinating without realizing it. So, I decided to do something new to distract myself, because my mind had a lot of ideas flowing, and I needed to do something, while my internet and computer didn't cooperate with me. Along with my family, who don't give me a minute of peace.

I'm still writing the other stories, or at least trying to write and translate them into English. And trust me, it's not easy for someone who speaks Portuguese. With that, here goes.

After being pulled out by the mysterious pipe, Mario looked around in amazement. After admiring his surroundings, his gaze changed from surprised to concerned as he spotted his brother Luigi in front of him, yelling his name. Quickly, Mario launched himself through the portal, reaching his brother and screaming. - "Gimme your hand!"

Both of them spun non-stop along the current, while Mario tried to reassure Luigi, who was scared. - "It's all gonna be okay!" - "HOW IS THIS GONNA BE OKAY?!?" - "I'm telling you! Nothing can hurt us as long as we're together!"

With that, Luigi smiled with that assurance. Everything would be fine as long as they were together. However, his smile faded when both were repeatedly pulled apart. He saw his brother walking away from him, as Mario was pulled into a chain that led to a dark and gloomy place.

"Mario!"

"Luigi!"

They both yelled at each other as they disappeared from each other's sight.

---

Seconds later, Luigi was ejected from the pipe, landed on a giant mushroom and tumbled across the grass covered ground, with a few items from his bag of tools falling out. Moments later, he picked up the fallen items and stood up, and looked in surprise at where he was.

The place was full of giant and small mushrooms around him, and the sunlight hit his skin. Which surprised him, since in his house, it was still night. The air was fresh, and a faint sound of running water could be heard.

Luigi continued spinning in circles, still marveling at this strange new world. He then, without realizing it, approached a blue mushroom. Before he could pull over, a scream suddenly erupted, causing him to scream and fall backwards.

"DO NOT TOUCH THAT MUSHROOM, YOU'LL DIIIE!!!"

"Oh! I'm sorry. That one's perfectly fine." - the strange mushroom-like being chuckled, as he patted the blue mushroom and chuckled. Luigi fell back on the ground, still very scared.

"Ah, it's a little mushroom...man. A little mushroom man, talking to me." - he muttered, still incredulous. The mushroom being addressed him as he walked. - "Pleased to meet ya! I'm Toad!"

"Uhh... Luigi. Nice to meet you, too." - Luigi introduced himself, as he got up and started following Toad. - "Then, it's... This place is... " - he asked, still marveling at that world.

"The Mushroom Kingdom!" - Toad declared happily. - "Mushrooms... wow. I know someone who would hate this place." - Luigi commented, in an amused tone, remembering at dinner that Mario refused to eat mushrooms in his spaghetti. What Luigi, ironically, liked to eat.

Suddenly he heard something. He turns around and sees a Bramball hunched over his head. He flinches briefly in fear, however, that creature doesn't seem to want to hurt him. - " ...Hello." - Luigi greeted shyly. Bramball just keeps walking.

Speaking of that someone. - "Oh yes, I'm actually looking for someone - my brother, actually. He looks exactly like me, but short, overweight and red. See, the last time I saw him, he was falling down a pipe. It was foggy and I believe there was lava..."

At that, Toad gasped as he realized something. - "Uh, that... is not good. Umm... Your brother has landed in the Dark Lands. They're under Bowser's control." - "B-Bowser?" - Luigi questioned, surprised, but a little scared.

"He's the most evil, wretched creature alive." - Toad described such a monster, in a very sinister way. Then, he stuck his cane into a mushroom and pulled himself and Luigi up. The green plumber let out a slight cry of surprise. He collected some of the items that almost fell out of the bag.

"I'm taking you to see the princess. She can help. She can do anything!" - Toad declared, getting Luigi's attention with that. - "P-princess?" - his face flushed slightly, and he pulled his hat down. He had never interacted with a girl before, let alone anyone from royalty.

In the distance, Luigi spotted a magnificent white and red castle surrounded by a large town. - "Come on, Luigi! Our big adventure begins now!" - Toad hummed as he bounced through the mushrooms.

After a brief feeling of fear, Luigi took a deep breath, and it filled with determination. It wasn't the time to be afraid, he needed to save his brother this time. - "Be well, Mario. I'm going to help you, this time."

With that said, Luigi and Toad leapt over mushrooms, heading towards the castle.

---

In a dark forest, Mario came to his senses and got up from the ground. He looked around, but he couldn't see anything straight. - "Luigi? Where are you?" - Having no sign of his younger brother, Mario started walking, taking care not to trip over anything along the way.

He spots a lava stream, and runs across it, past a tree, and then Mario hears something. Then, something attacks him from the shadows, knocking him off his feet. He fights Dry Bones, and after some effort, he ends up dismantling him.

After that, Mario gets up and cleans his clothes, with a frustrated expression. - "Mama mia. Where did this thing come from?" - he asked himself, almost irritated, picking up his hat from the floor and started walking again. Right behind, the Dry Bones was reassembled, and out of nowhere, more of them appeared across the field.

Mario heard the sound of bones creaking and looked back, seeing several Dry Bones looking at him and heading towards him. He tried to ignore them, but as soon as he looked forward, he saw more of them in front of him.

Feeling an uneasy feeling in his stomach, Mario knew he couldn't handle all of them, especially with him being unarmed. Knowing that in zombie games and movies, you end up dying at the hands of creatures like that, the red plumber didn't think twice, and started to run away, while dodging and dribbling some Dry Bones that appeared in front of him.

In the end, Mario spotted a fortress, beyond a river of lava. Fortunately, there were rocks floating in the lava. With that, Mario fixed his eyes, and ran as fast as he could towards the fortress. After deftly jumping over the rocks and narrowly escaping that swarm of Dry Bones, Mario managed to close the main door.

Mario took a deep breath, as he absorbed everything that had happened. He chuckled a little to himself, and sat down on a rock, looking satisfied. - "Ah, Luigi. You were lucky not to have stopped at this place. Wherever you are, I hope you are well."

After declaring it to himself, he began to relax, as he heard the brief sound of an incoming storm. With a flash of lightning, a group of Shy Guys and a Snifit emerged from the shadows. Mario felt something jump on him, and he screamed in surprise, and started trying to fight those Shy Guys.

I don't know if I started right, but still, I decided to at least try.
I based it on a story, of the same context, but it only had one chapter and it was quite short. There is another second story, but it is quite different from the one in the film. Anyway, comment what did you think, and wait for the next chapter.
