11045 - 12245 - Dystopia

"This period was characterized by rampant corruption, worsened cost of living, and this period generally abounds in dystopic qualities; with the New World Union putting more emphasis on expansion and the horrible committing of mass xenogenocides. AF-N and AF-P were discovered and visited during this time. Many memorials exist to honor the so-called 'dissenters' who faced injustices like torture at the hands of the corrupt sections of the NWU government. The government officials responsible for this were killed in a purge and left to literally rot in hell." 

12245 - 15567 - Recovery and Self-Focus

"This time was a time of healing, of reconciliation, and of peace, with notable events including the founding of the Peacekeepers, the construction of a massive amount of memorials dedicated to those who lived through the hell of the Dystopian era. The New World Union also collaborated with other confederations, republics, and empires in the extermination of a hostile race [ONI] in their universe."

15567 - 21278 - Enlightenment

"Parascientific discoveries during this era skyrocketed, bringing about an arms race of psychic warfare between the New World Union and other cluster-wide powers, with espionage becoming a common occurrence. Civilians also benefitted from these discoveries, allowing safer and better long-distance communication through telepathy, as well as more spiritual belief systems and actual religions gaining traction among both the general populace and the military."

21278 - 29431 - Early Modern 

"Around this time was when several large-scale nations collapsed and one particularly large nation retreated away due to revolutions and frequent attacks from space-borne creatures, and so began a rather one-sided scramble for their territory, technology, and resources. The New World Union, being really the only large-scale nation left, scooped up their territory, tech, and everything else, before quashing any smaller galaxy-wide empire trying to take a piece of the pie, so to speak."

29431 - Present - The Modern Era

"This time is the time we are in now, and several notable things have occurred. The New World Union has discovered pocket dimensions and bent them to its will. A particularly powerful "Lord of Dimensions" hailing from the True Void governed these pocket dimensions, before being slaughtered during a joint EXTF and UADT raid. Around this time was also the New World Union's acquisition of reality manipulating technologies, not including its takeover of the True Void."

E X T R E M E  C O N S T I T U T I O N  S U M M A R Y

P R E A M B L E

As the sovereign and independent people of the New World Union, in order to create a nigh-perfect Union, establish full and fair justice, ensure domestic and if possible foreign tranquility, provide for the defense of the people and those in need, promote welfare and positive conditions of living, and secure and hold liberty and freedom to ourselves and those who come after, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the New World Union.

AMENDMENT CHARACTERISTIC SUMMARIES BASED ON TIME PERIOD:

1-2144 (1-1934 PE) mainly focus on establishing the New World Union, maintaining unified military power, a free economy, and inclusivity of extraterrestrials. A few notable ones include basic human rights being extended into basic sentient rights, nonhumanoid extraterrestrials now falling under the category of sentient being and thus all rights and laws adjacent to them. Amendments were also put more in place to fix purchasing power in a certain way to allow currency to expand exponentially without the shackles of inflation. Laws were also initially put in place for civilians to have the right to bear arms, and they would be later reaffirmed and strengthened later on.
