Theo looked surprised at Liam's comment. He didn't know what to say, actually. He brushed his hand through his hair anxiously as looked at Liam. Liam looked back at him with a sad look in his face.

'Liam, I'll be okay. You'll be okay.' Theo finally said. 'NO! I won't be!' Liam was fighting back tears as his claws started forming on his fingertips. 'Hey, I need you to calm down, okay?' Theo said calmly as soon as he noticed the blood dripping down the boy's hands.

Theo never wanted to admit it, but he cared deeply for the werewolf in front of him. Theo wished he wouldn't have to go to Hell, but he had no choice. He didn't want to hurt Liam in any way, but if sacrificing himself to save the town, to save the world probably, from Hell and Tara, the world Liam was living in, then the Chimera would get himself killed. He needed Liam to be safe. Theo couldn't die with the thought of Liam unsafe.

'No! You want to fucking leave me! How am I supposed to calm down?' Liam growled as his tears finally were flooding down his face. His breathing was unsteady, blood still dripping down his hands, blood coating his hands as he dug his claws in his hand palms. His heart was pounding hard in his chest. Liam's eyes started glowing vibrant yellow and his fangs started forming.

Theo wasn't afraid of Liam, he was more likely to be afraid of what he could do when he lost complete control and wasn't thinking straight anymore. Theo didn't want Liam to lose control and destroy things because of his IED, just for Liam to then remember what he'd done and regret everything. He didn't want Liam to feel guilty about something he couldn't control anymore.

'Little Wolf, I would never leave you, but I don't want you to live in a dangerous world that I created.' Theo spoke. He took Liam's hands gently, trying to separate the claws from his hand palms. 'You didn't create anything, it was Tara!' Liam yelled at Theo. Liam didn't pull his own hands away from Theo's. Liam felt himself calm down by the soft hands on his own.

Liam started sobbing, but it quickly turned into crying. Theo came closer to Liam and pulled him into a hug. Liam's tears stained onto Theo's grey shirt. The werewolf balled his hands into fists as he grabbed as much shirt-fabric as possible, forgetting that his hands were still covered in his own blood. He sniffed in Theo's scent as he didn't want to forget that, like ever.

'It's okay, Wolfie.' Theo said as he rested his chin on Liam's head with a soft sigh. 'It's not.' Liam sniffled.

The two pulled away. 'Hey, you stained my shirt.' Theo joked softly. Liam chuckled a bit. The younger boy always cheered up a bit at the stupid comments and jokes that Theo cracked.

Liam wiped away his tears and looked into Theo's eyes.

Theo and Liam got into the truck and drove to Liam's house; the drive was slow and silent. Liam had asked to go take a long drive and a slow one as he didn't want to go home yet. He wanted to spend as much time as possible with Theo. Liam didn't want to admit it, but he actually really liked the boy sitting next to him in the driver's seat.

The silence was comfortable, but Theo grew anxious, so he turned on the radio, skipped from channel to channel until he found calm and good music to listen to. Liam's head was pounding from the amount of crying he did and the smell of his own blood, so he wanted to turn it off, but stopped himself when he heard and saw Theo humming and enjoying the music.

The older boy noticed Liam getting uncomfortable, wincing in pain and shutting his eyes closed thigtly. 'You're okay? You look like you're in pain.' Theo asked worriedly. 'I'm fine, just a headache.' Liam said curtly. 'Just a headache? You look like you've been stabbed with a sword covered in Wolfsbane.' Theo furrowed his brows. 'It's nothing. Can you just open the windows?' Liam asked, Theo did as asked.
