Its been a year  since the incident at alexs place. And I haven't spoken to him since he tried calling and leaving messages apologizing but he eventually stoped and i haven't heard or talked to him since. I haven't even told nick what happened that night.

Today im going to see nick he said he has a surprise for me. But he wont tell me what it is. We finally moved in together in February last year and things have never been better. As we walk into the festival the lady gave us markers and are lantern. Once we found a place to put are stuff i layed out the blanket and we immediately started decorating the lantern. Everyone  released there lantern into the sky and Once as i let go of our lantern I couldn't help but watch as it flew farther away. When suddenly i went to reach for nicks hand to hold when i didn't feel anything. I turned around and there it was nick was on one knee holding a small box with a ring inside. Crystal i know we have been only dating for a year but this just feels like the right ting to do. When i met you we instantly clicked you make me smile and laugh and brighten up my day so much and your so caring and loving and when i think about my future all i want is having you in it.

I couldn't help but cry happy tears as nick was giving his speech. Of course yes!!! I say immediately kiss him. As everyone around us starts cheering.

Once we got back to our place everyone was there. My parents, nicks parents, my family, nicks family and all of our friends ready to congratulate us. This is it this is my next step in life and I couldn't be more than happy to move forward with things.
