Drowning

Anxiety and depression,
Like an ocean, you fall into.
You slowly start sinking.
Into the deep sadness
And you wanna get better,
So you start swiming to the top.
But each time you get closer and closer to the top,
Bearly reaching out to touch the top of the water
You run out of energy,
You get tired,
You stop,
And start sinking again.
Only this time, you sink deeper.
And then you finally have enough engery to try and get better,
So once again you start swimming.
But by the time you run out of energy you only where you started trying to swim last time. You run out of energy,
And slowly start sinking aggain.
Only this time, deeper.
And it keeps repeting and repeting.
Untill it feels impossible to get out.
As you try and fail try and fail.
With each time you only sink deeper.
And as.you sink further and further, it gets harder.
You go deeper into the darkness.
Into the dark trenches of the oncean where the water is heavy and copresses down on your lungs so you cant breath.
Where its to dark to see you hand in front of your face.
Where you have no energy and no hope of swimming and making it back up to the top.
Your down at the bottom of the sea alone.
The ocean.
