Chapter-5

    The team won the series. Rohit scored well as an individual. Now they all were on a break before the beginning of the next tour. Rohit decided to meet Varsha as once he goes on tour they won't be able to meet. He texted her.

Ro:- Hello. Rohit here.

    Varsha who was checking her mails saw his text and replied.

Varsha:- Hello. Yes I know I have saved your number.

Ro:- Ok. So can we talk if you aren't busy?

Var:- Yes we can talk. How was your day???

Ro:- Good. How about yours???

Var:- A busy one as I had 3 surgeries to perform.

Ro:- Oh... Actually I wanted to ask that can we meet tomorrow if possible cuz day after tomorrow we are leaving for Australia for the tour.

Var:- Yes we can meet. Just text me the address and time I will be there.

Ro:- Ok then good night. See you tomorrow.

Var:- Good night.

   Varsha got lost in thoughts.

Varsha's POV

   I don't feel that Rohit is ready for this relation. I feel like he is forced and him being so formal makes me feel that he did have a past which made him like this.

    She decided to call it a night.

Next day,

   She woke up and checked her phone. There were two messages from Rohit.

Good morning.

Will meet you at The Coffee Club @7pm.

She texted him back.

Varsha:- Morning. Ya will be there.

    She got freshen up and had breakfast before leaving for the hospital.

Other side,

    Rohit was sleeping when the door bell rang. He groaned but got up to open the door as he lived alone. He opened the door and saw Mahiakshi and Virushka.

Mahibhai:- Good morning Ro.

Ro(yawning):- Morning.

Anu:- Sharma bro go get freshen up we brought breakfast.

    He just nodded and left to freshen up. He came back after 10 mins and settled between Virat and Mahibhai. He was about to pick up pancakes bit Vi smacked hie head.

Ro:- Ouch. Idiot what the hell is wrong with you???

Vi:- You can't have them.

Ro:- Fine...

    Looking at his grumpiness they all shared a look.

Vi:- I guess someone woke t on the wrong side of the bed.

Ro:- For that one needs to get sleep.

Mahibhai:- You didn't sleep bacha???

Ro:- I couldn't because of nightmares.

Vi:-  Ro... Was it about that???

   Ro just nodded looking at his plate.

Mahibhai:- Wanna share about it???

Ro:- Can I tell you all later???

Saks:- No worries kiddo take your time.

Anu:- Yes. Let's go out somewhere in the evening.

Ro:- Umm... Actually me and Varsha are meeting in the evening.

Vi:- Ok no problem. Let's meet for dinner tomorrow at our house.

Anu:- Yes. Ro if possible ask Varsha also to join.

Ro:- Nush I want to take it slow. I haven't known her proper yet.

Mahibhai:- Yes I think we should give them some time.

    They all nodded in agreement. They spent some time together. In the evening Rohit left to meet Varsha.

    Varsha was waiting for Ro to arrive. He came hurriedly and greeted her. She was looking beautiful.

Ro:- Hello Varsha. Sorry to keep you waiting.

Varsha:- Hello. No worries I just came 5 mins back.

    Soon the waiter came to take their order.

Ro:- What would you like to have???

Varsha:- A cold coffee.

Ro:- A cold coffee for ma'am and a black coffee for me.

   The waiter went away. Ro turned to her.

Ro:- Varsha I would straightly come to the point behind the meet.

Varsha:- Sure...

Ro:- The point is that....
