A/N: Ok, so like with Gracie's first song I'm gonna start with dialogue. Although Izzy is technically the only one singing, she has two voice parts: main singer and "recorded" back-up singer. The main singer voice part will be in bold, and the "recorded" back-up singer voice part will be in italics and parentheses --> ( ). The song itself is Heart of Stone by Abby Mueller.
"Hello, class." Mrs. Brown introduced us from the front of the room as we walked inside the classroom. "As you know, today we have our presentations. Would anybody like to go first?" No one raised their hand, so Mrs. Brown brought out the big guns. She walked over to her desk and picked up a can full of popsicle sticks with the names of people in the class written on them. She closed her eyes, shook the can around, and blindly chose a stick. She opened her eyes and announced the name. "Gracie!"
I winced. Why did it have to be me? I walked to the front of the room and took a deep breath. "Today," I said to the class, my voice trembling as I simultaneously set up my background voice audio track. "I will be singing an original song called Heart of Stone." Breathing deeply, I hit play.
So, Henry.
