The birds chirped and fed the crumbs from her hands, her laughter was full of joy. Realizing she wished he was here by her side. He wanted her to do whatever she wanted, and she was willing to accomplish that, but only... she truly missed him. Her George... Just George. The palms were empty as the birds were done. They flew away as she waved them farewell with a soft smile.

She sat down on the surface while her feet remained in cool water, looking at the falling water from the statue. Under the warming sun, her thoughts were lost. "Your Majesty."

"Oui?"

"The King has sent you a gift." Anastasia turned her face to Brimsley who was holding a note in his hands. She was surprised to hear as he approached her, "They are waiting in the foyer. And there is a note, ma'am."

Brimsley offered the note to her before she pulled it from his hands. She opened the note as she read it from her eyes, "I never want you to feel alone -George R." Her lips bloom into a warming smile and soft laughter.

Anastasia turned to Brimsley before she splashed her way out of the water, "Show me the gift." He bowed his head to her before she slipped her wet feet into her flats and then rushed out from the yard into the palace. Her heart was warming as she took every step to the foyer with the excitement rushing into her arms.

The moment she arrived at the foyer, there were two servants who were holding two baskets with mini golden fur and a mini black and white fur with red bow ribbons. Her heart dissolved into the cold as the shocking excitement was gone from her arms. She stood from afar from the baskets, "What are those?"

Brimsley answered calmly, "The gift from the King, Your Majesty."

"But what are they?"

"Why, I think they are dogs, Your Majesty." They whimpered as they both looked at her whose mouth was opened, speechless. Anastasia adored dogs, only wanting to have one in her home, but her brother was allergic to get close to them. She could not understand why there were two different breeds in two baskets.

"No. Dogs are big and majestic. A Beauceron, a shepherd, a griffon, a Poodle. They are..." Anastasia calculated her words as she translated French into her mind before she spoke out, "... hairy bitches."

Hairy bitches whimpered softly while she asked Brimsley, "He honestly thought I could handle two of them?" Brimsley had no words before she asked him, "What are their names?"

"The golden one was named PomPom and the other one had no name, Your Majesty."

"Why?"

"Well, Reynolds told me that the King named the one himself while he left another one to name it whatever you like, Your Majesty."

Anastasia sighed deeply before she walked to them. Her eyes shifted between two bitches before she received the golden one, leaving the black and white to Brimsley. She petted it as she passed him by, "I accepted them. They probably need a home, whatever it's worth." Rolling her eyes, annoyed before she stepped into a gown in her bedchamber.

Dressed in a champagne gown with all of her hair wrapped in an updo, cutting her dinner angrily with an empty chair. Her eyes landed on Pom Pom and a Hairy Bitch in the baskets in front of her on the table. She shook her head softly as she continued on eating her meal for the night.

The next morning, Anastasia was now dressed in a light green gown with crinoline and a corset tighter enough to not breathe. While the maids were fixing her hair into the updo with all her pieces with diamond flowers pieces in the bun. Her mouth opened to talk to Brimsley in the corner by her reflection mirror, "I would like to meet with ladies-in-waiting today."
