Onika's Pov

"Where's Beyonce?" Lauren asked me

"Lo, i'll appreciate if you stop bringing her up. We didn't work, it's over" I said and her eyes widened

"Did she cheat?" she asked and I fought back tears

"Tuh, almost. So might as well count as that she did" I replied

"That's crazy, that just shows you can't wife no thot" she says shaking her head and I chuckled

Maybe she was some thot. A fucking drunk one. She's prob drunk right now.

I looked at my phone and it was Beyonce. Speaking of the fucking devil. I forgot to block her.

Beyonce: Onika, before you block me just hear me out. I'm no longer taking drugs neither drinking. Started yesterday. I'm going to rehab and even thinking about get a real decent job. None of the illegal shit. I someday hope you find it in your heart to forgive me and we can maybe start off from where we left. I love you and i'm changing back to the old Beyonce, a better one, as we speak.

As much as I wanted to break and tell her to bring that ass home, I resisted.

: Don't have me waiting too long.

I sent the text and almost immediately she read it, she was apologizing again so I just left it on delivered.

"What did she say?" Lo asked

"Apologizing and telling me she'll change.. Same shit I have heard times before" I say signing

"Just see her through, did y'all even find her sister" she asked looking up at me

Her eyes held some sort of emotion, not sadden or empathy. Just something I couldn't put my finger one.

"No" I say palming my face "and i'm scared Beyonce may do some shit that can cause her, her life" I added

"Don't sweat ya' self. Y'all done tried everything, just see if she come up on her own" she says rubbing my back and headed towards the living room

Her phone was ringing uncontrollably.

"Who is that?" I asked smirking

"Some boy... He get into that illegal shit, think his name Dwight or some shit" she says and I furrowed my eyebrows

That could be who kidnapped So. I remember Beyonce telling me about how he got a huge crush on Solange and owed them money.

"What's his last name?" Beyonce also told me this information

"Uhh. I think it's something like Smith or summ" she says barely paying attention to me

Smith was his last name, and now it'll make sense. He probably found out about me and got closer to Lauren. So he can get closer to me which means getting closer to Beyonce.

I wanted to tell her so bad but at the moment I was disgusted with her. Instead I just told Robyn to tell her. I spared the details and jumped right into it.

Beyonce's Pov

Robyn had just texted me. Telling me everything Onika told her. I needed to get to her friend and I needed to get her fast, imagine what she knows that can help us find Solo. He can be basically telling her where she's at and Lauren wouldn't even know.

Normani texted me too. I guess she found out that me and Onika wasn't together anymore. She was just trying to cheer me up I guess, she invited over to her and Robyn's house but that'll be weird. What will we even talk about? Me trying to lock my dad up?
