Dreams Come True If You Just Believe (Aomine Daiki x OC)

It's Late

Yuuki was playing on the basketball court near Aomine's house like every Saturday since he asked her to play there until four guys approached her.

"This court is ours." the one with a baseball cap said.

Yuuki kept on playing ignoring them because she was too focused.

"Stop it." a blond guy shouted.

Yuuki turned towards them holding her ball against her right hip.

"This is our court." the guy with the cap repeated.

"Let's fight for it." Yuuki said wiping her sweat.

"One on one, so... Kaito, play." the blond one said.

"Fine." the one with the cap said. "How many actions?" he asked.

"One." Yuuki answered.

"Fine with me." Kaito shrugged throwing his cap to his friends.

"Here." she said passing him the ball.

"I'm a gentleman." he said taking the ball and passing it back. "You start."

"Ok." Yuuki accepted.

She started to dribble looking straight into his eyes.

"Falling in love already?" he smirked but Yuuki didn't hear him.

She passed to his left, he managed to reach her so Yuuki decided to take a step back and did a three-point shot.

Kaito looked at the net and turned back to face Yuuki.

"You!" he almost screamed clenching his right fist.

Yuuki stayed still on her spot. She knew he was going to hit her. He got closer and as soon as he was a few inches away from her face, Yuuki shifted her head to the right.

His friends stopped talking when he stopped in that position.

"Don't you dare do that again." Aomine said tightening his grip on Kaito's fist.

Kaito's eyes widened as he looked up to see Aomine. Yuuki looked back and saw him.

"Aomine? What are you doing here?" Yuuki said confused.

Kaito tried to hit Aomine with his other hand.

"Stop it, Kaito!" one of his friends said and he stopped.

"If you dare to that again I'll kill you." Aomine said. "Don't touch what is mine."

Kaito nodded and run away with his friends.

"I guess they'll never come back here." Aomine smirked looking down to see Yuuki who was blushing. "Nice action."

"Thank you." Yuuki said. "How long have you been here?"

"Since you started playing by yourself."

"What?! Are you saying you've been here for half an hour?"

"Yup." Aomine replied lazily.

"So... what are you doing here?"

"Wasn't I the one who asked you to come here to play with me?" he asked grabbing the basketball.

"Yeah, but I've never seen you since I started to come and play here!"

"Tsk!" he said shooting the ball that went into the net.

"Anyways, I ain't gonna play with you."

"Why?"

"Because it's late." she said putting on her shirt and her skirt.
