Iris Josette Evans, one-half of the popular Evans twin. Her parents always preferred Lily over her but, she never let that get to her. Unlike her twin Lily, Iris was a Ravenclaw. She and Lily had the best sibling bond one can ask for until it all came tumbling down due to a boy.
The boy was James Fleamont Potter, the same guy who had been chasing Lily since the first year. He thought it would be good to make Lily jealous by asking her sister out on a fake date in seventh year - but, he forgot to mention the fake date part to Iris.
Iris always liked James, she didn't know what it was that made her like him. She was the epitome of perfection and he - he was a bloody toerag, who bullied others for fun. But, alas LOVE MAKES PEOPLE BLIND.
But that same LOVE can turn deadly when used falsely.
That was the downfall of James Potter and the soon-to-be Lily Potter.
