Jen: Jim, what are the selections for today.
Jim: Sure, Sally baked some pies...
(he and Jen enter the bakery. All's left are Robin and Olga outside).
Olga: (flirtatiously) Robin, there's a The Creeps concert at the Ole Hole in The Wall next week at 9pm. Would you like to go with me?
Robin: (playfully) The Creeps? I think I've gotten over with their music....sure I'll like to go out with you.
Olga: You got me in the first half.
(they both enter the bakery)
Several Months Later
Fast forward cut to the EXT. Caffeine Fix
It's mid-September, the start of the cold season, and it's the grand opening of the Bliese Coffee Shop and Robin's first intimate solo concert. The sky is also starting to dusk.
Sally is at the counter, taking orders from their first customers. Meanwhile, Robin was just about to finish setting up his mic, piano, and synthesizer.
Jim: Robin, your tour mates are here!
(Robin's face lit up seeing his work buddies coming in the shop. They excitedly greet him from across the room)
Robin: Hey guys, glad to see you both!
Candy: We wouldn't miss this for the world. Considering that this has always been your dream.
David: I brought my guitar if you want me to play with you.
Robin: Sure, I'll let you borrow my music sheets.
Jim: You peeps want some coffee? Complimentary pastries for those who came for the concert.
(Robin's friends walk up to the counter)
(some time later. There are now several people almost filling up the coffee shop. Robin's music are playing in the loudspeakers as the people chatter with each other and enjoying the pastries and coffee)
Jim and Robin are standing by the door meeting and handshaking with the customers as they enter the coffee shop. Some people are also coming in for the concert as well, mostly were Robin and Sally's friends and some people from the local music community.
Robin: (a man with long hair, in a tan wraparound jacket and wearing a blue scarf hurriedly comes up to the door) Good evening, sir. Are you hear for the concert?
Man in a hurry: No, I'm here for coffee. And I'm in a hurry.
Jim: I'll take your order at the counter, sir. (Jim smirks at Robin as he is about to walk to the counter. Robin rolls his eyes as he marked one tally for "Coffee Shop Grand Opening" on his clipboard).
Finally, an old van stops at the front of the coffee shop. Robin looks at it, anticipating for his fans.
A young woman comes out of the front passenger seat. It's clear on her face that she's has been travelling for a long time. She spots the coffee shop and smiles. Another woman climbs out from the driver's seat and stands besides her. Two men climb out of the passenger seat. The talk among themselves. One of the women take a picture of it. They also do a groufie photo with the coffee shop as the background. Robin observes them from the coffee shop entrance. One of them notices him and starts gushing. They wave towards him. Robin raises his eyebrows and waves to them back. Robin grins at them and marks four lines on his tally for "Robin's concert."
Cut to Robin onstage. The coffee shop is now filled with people. Some are even standing because all of the tables and chairs are occupied.
Robin: Hey everyone! Seriously, wow. This is nuts in the best way possible – you all showing up for my little concert and the grand opening of "The Caffeine Fix."
