Well guys I kinda forget about Kyuu and Itachi. So I decided to clear their relation in this chapter. Hope you will enjoy it

Again he started to pull on my hair and me pinching his cheeks.
"Stop it Naruto. I gave up"
Knowing that I had no chance of winning against him now I gave up like a wise man. He slid a brown file in my hand and lay back on the sofa. I opened the file and read the letters in bold writing
"Pregnancy test? Who is pregnant Naruto? "
"Read the patient's name teme"
"Naruto? "
I looked at him confused. Then realisation hit me like a truck
"You are pregnant "
I yelled while jumping
"Shh be quiet "
"Hn"
I composed myself and sat beside him
"So how much weeks"
"Two weeks"
"Two? Isn't it when we last did it?"

He hit my head with a blush

I kneeled before him stroking his tummy. He looked at me with eyes filled with love for me.
I think I should say it to him now
I cleared my throat gaining all his attention

"Well do you want to grow old with me? "

His silence scared me.
What if he loves Gaara? What about Itachi? What if he was just playing with me?
"I-I understand if you don't want to. Even though let me take responsibility of your pregnancy. I can be the child's father. I know you may love Gaara or Itachi. But promise me you will be safe and happy with them. You-"

I looked up at him with teary eyes. The thought of him rejecting was so painful. He smiled softly and kissed away my tears.
"It's not like I don't love you Sasuke. I just was too shocked. I love you teme. Only you. Not Gaara or Itachi senpai "

I puffed my cheeks and looked to the side. Hearing his giggles I turned to him smiling with him

After laying on his lap he stroked my hair smoothly , washing away all my worries.

He giggled to the end

Months passed. Now Naruto is almost four month and his belly is showing. Rubbing it while sleeping was my favorite job. Currently we were on the bed, me rubbing his tummy and he laying on my chest. Feeling wetness in my chest I looked at him. His eyes were tearing. I brushed away his tears and hugged him close to me
"Is your stomach hurting Naru? "

I leaned down and gave butterfly kisses on his belly
"Does it feel good now? "
He nodded and cuddled to my side

I kissed his lips to shut him. He gave in after some struggle. After pulling away he looked at me with eyes full of so much love and desperation. I have seen that look so many time but for a reason it looks like this will be the last time I will see him. Like he will not be in my hand next morning. I cuddled with him bringing him too close to me.

Putting aside my uneasiness I slept hugging him close to me.
When the light hit my face I opened my eyes, blinking a few time to adjust to the room. Instead to a blonde hair emptiness greeted me.

I sat up and looked around. A paper was placed on my side. I opened it slowly and started to read what was inside.
