Description: [This quirk allows user to expel cold wind out of their body, with temperature dropping to be cold enough to create snow, ice and frost in a range of 20-25 meters. When activated, the air in the user's surroundings immediately drop to it's lowest number possible and is able to make even the hottest fire quirk to flicker out of life. It is also believed that user is able to become a cold, intangible being when the user hold's their breath and be able to fly with wind they create.]
Drawbacks: [The temperature of the air depends on how long the user keeps the quirk activated. Though the user is unaffected by the cold, the others surrounding them are at risk of getting frostbite.]
Summary: After his encounter with All For One, the injured Izuku, in a last-ditch effort to escape the madman, jumped into the ocean. But due to his overuse of his quirk, upon contact with the ocean surface, his body gets encased in ice, freezing and trapping himself.
He stayed frozen there, unaware as time passed by. It was up until 15 years later, where we see him wake up from his long, cold slumber.
As he woke up, everything had changed. His friends are now teachers, his sister is now a Midoriya with a daughter. Watch as he starts his journey from scratch and becomes a hero like how he planned it to be.
