When Batman arrived at an apartment where the Commissioner also known as Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi was, Commissioner Naomasa saw Batman at the window and told his officers to go to their cars and find out some new murders. Batman then walked out of the Shadow in the corner, Commissioner Naomasa watched as Batman walked over to the body and looked at it trying to identify it.
Naomasa: Got any idea who might have done this?
Batman: A couple of guesses
Naomasa: And what would those guesses be?
Batman: It was either the Joker, Black Mask, Enigma or most possibly the only female that works for the Joker
Naomasa: Which is who?
Batman: She used to be a Doctor by the name of Dr. Harleen Quinzel at the Asylum until she fell in love with The Joker and ended up falling in the same toxic waste he did, She was no longer her old self and she ended up doing the things the Joker ordered her to do which gave her the name Harley Quinn
Naomasa: Why would she have done it?
Batman: Because she left evidence behind that you or your officers saw
Naomasa: Wait where?
Batman then walked over to the bookshelf and pulled out a card that was sticking out of one of the books, he then held it up showing Commissioner Naomasa the 3 of diamonds on the card that were red. Commissioner Naomasa then watched as Batman put the card in his utility belt and handed him a copy of the card which Commissioner Naomasa took.
Naomasa: How come you took the real card?
Batman: To track down Harley Quinn, if I find her then I find the Joker
Naomasa: That's understandable
Batman: I'll hand over the card to you when I've ran a full DNA analysis on it
Naomasa: Take your time we are in no rush, my question is why didn't she go for the other stuff in here because it's more valuable
Batman: Could have been because she had a score to settle or a bounty, but either way the victim was the true target
Naomasa: Unless this was all just a distraction
Batman: Couldn't have been because she wouldn't strike someone else because it would risk her getting caught, so she's probably laying low until this case gets closed
Naomasa: Magnificent answer, but I did invite some guests from UA to identify the body and the crime scene. Principal Nezu thought it would have been an great learning opportunity for them to know what they are dealing with in the future
Batman: The Heroes hate me so I should get going
Batman then made his way to the door but was stopped by Commissioner Naomasa who spoke up.
