[Obstacle Course]

"Too many! We can't get past!"

Momo Yaoyorozu looked at the robots in wonder. 'Where did they get the money for these?'

Shoto looked at them indifferently. "So these are the faux villains used for everyone else's entrance exam? Frankly, I'm unimpressed." He said, preparing to to cover a 0-Pointer with a giant wave of ice.

"They should've prepared something better than this-"

BOOM!

Shoto was cut off by something else. Looking up he saw four glowing spheres trailed by smoke rising high into the sky, then the two spheres coalesced into the green-haired boy from earlier. Looking down toward the giant robot with a smirk, the green-haired boy suddenly dove towards a spot behind the giant robot and caused a massive explosion, forcing everyone else to cover their eyes due to the gusts of wind and dust caused by it.

Moments later, the dust cleared. Nothing was left of the giant robot or of its companions. Nothing except heaps of scrap and nearly melted metal.

Everyone's jaws had dropped, except for the wide-eyed Shoto and Katsuki who merely grit their teeth. Suddenly, smoke rose from the ground, then turned into the boy who caused the explosion in the first place. Smirking at Katsuki, who growled, he ran forward as if he did nothing moments prior.

"DEEEKUUUUUUU!!!" Katsuki yelled, raging as he shot himself forward to try and pass the green-haired boy. The rest snapped out of their stupor and started chasing after them.

"AMAZING! CLASS 1C'S IZUKU MIDORIYA EFFORTLESSLY DESTROYED THE ROBOTS IN ONE FELL SWOOP! IT'S INTERESTING TO SEE AN UNKNOWN POWERHOUSE WHO ISN'T FROM THE HERO COURSE!" Present Mic's voice rang out throughout the stadium amidst the crowd's raucous cheers, as Eraserhead narrowed his eyes at the boy in the stadium jumbotron once he turned off his microphone.

"Showboater..." Muttered the Hero wrapped in bandages before turning his mic back on. He didn't notice his co-commentator beside him cringing at what he said under his breath.

Meanwhile, all the students at the front had gotten to the second obstacle.

"OH? THE FIRST OBSTACLE WAS A PIECE OF CAKE FOR YOU ALL?! WELL, HOW ABOUT THIS?! FALL AND YOU'RE OUT; EITHER CRAWL OR WALK ACROSS THE ROPES IF YOU WANNA MAKE IT TO THE THIRD AND FINAL OBSTACLE! IT'S THE FALL!!!" Present Mic announced as the students got to the next obstacle: a series of pillars connected by ropes in a large pit.

Seeing the interconnected pillars in a massive pit didn't deter Izuku. He dashed forward in a plume of fire and smoke, and jumped high into the air. Reaching the peak of the jump, he brought his hands down at waist-level and released continuous streams of his Quirk from both hands, gliding towards one of the pillars with relative ease.

Unfortunately he didn't see two people catching up, and be the time he noticed, it was too late.

"WHAT'S THIS!? NEW DEVELOPMENT!? KATSUKI BAKUGOU AND SHOTO TODOROKI FINALLY PASSED IZUKU MIDORIYA! AND NOW THEY'RE FIGHTING FOR 1ST PLACE!!" Present Mic announced, causing the crowd to go wild as one of the cameras zoomed in to show Shoto skating on the ropes with his ice and Katsuki flying overhead with his explosions, passing the green-haired boy who showed them up earlier.

Underneath his bandages, Eraserhead fought hard to suppress the smile on his face.

"Heh, you finally caught up, haven't you, 'Kacchan'?" Izuku said when he landed on one of the first pillars. "Whatever, there's always another opportunity for me to pull the rug from under you."
