Lisa sat in the passenger seat and went to school with little Jungkook again the next morning.

Both little Jungkook and Mingyu sat in the back of the car with Mother Jeon sitting next to the two of them. She insisted on taking the kids to school every day.

Lisa learned from the dialogs between Mother Jeon and Mingyu that Mingyu was in the academically-focused class and little Jungkook was in a regular class. The two did not belong to the same class.

Mother Jeon wished that the two of them could be in the same class; that way little Jungkook would have his older brother to look over him. She was, however, not a selfish one, and did not want to sacrifice Mingyu's grades for the sake of taking care of little Jungkook.

The car stopped in front of the school.

Mingyu waved politely at Mother Jeon after he had gotten out of the car.

On the other side, little Jungkook walked dully in the direction of the school with his little red backpack on his back.

Mother Jeon sighed and only got back into the car and took off after her son had walked away.

Lisa went with little Jungkook to his class. His spot was next to the window.

Lisa only discovered after class had started that the spot next to little Jungkook was empty. He did not have a deskmate.

Everybody else in class had a deskmate. He was the only one who sat alone.

Light came in through the window and it was quiet and lonely on his little body.

Lisa sat down in the spot next to him. Leaning close to him, she smiled and said, "little Kookie, I am going to be your deskmate today."

Little Jungkook looked over at her, then turned away.

Then, to Lisa's surprise, he placed a pen in front of her, followed by a new notebook, and a book.

Lisa couldn't help but busted out laughing. He was really treating her like his deskmate?

Chuckling, Lisa teased him. "Thank you, Classmate little Jungkook."

Attending grade school with one's own husband was kind of exciting.

During physical education class, Lisa followed little Jungkook to the playground. A gunch of little carrots engaged in games or ballgames happily. Little Jungkook, on the other hand, sat quietly under a tree.

As though knowing that little Jungkook was a special one in his class, he didn't pay him much attention.

Lisa squatted down next to little Jungkook. "Kookie, aren't you going to go play balls? Playing with the ball is fun."

Little Jungkook turned and ignored her.

Lisa leaned into his ears and said softly, "Oh, so little Kookie doesn't want to play with them?"

Little Jungkook kept his little mouth shut.

Looking at the children running around actively with smiles on their faces, Lisa suddenly felt her heart ached.

She wooed little Jungkook. "Big Sister likes little Kookie. How about I play with you?"

Having said that, she stood up, took little Jungkook's hand, and walked with him to the sandbox behind them.

"Does little Kookie want to know what he is like after he had grown up?" Lisa pinched him on his cheek. "Big Sister can tell you."

Little Jungkook blinked his big eyes. "Tell me."

Lisa held his hand, picked up a small twig and, with her hand over his, led his hand to start drawing on the sand.

Little Jungkook's big eyes looked at Lisa the entire time and he let her hold his hand.

After a little while, Lisa let go of his little hand. "Okay, look. This is what you look like after you grow up."

There was curiosity in little Jungkook's eyes.

He looked at the sand and on there was a cartoon pig. He tossed aside the twig in his hand and, pinching his little mouth shut quickly, he said, "Big. You."

You are a big.

Lisa doubled down laughing.

Lisa spent two days around little Jungkook.

He would look up at her when she got close to him.

He would turn his ear toward her slightly when she talked to him next to his ear.

Lisa's image would reflect in his blank eyes when she smiled.

Because of his effort to tell on her a couple of days ago, Aunty Feng had not try to strike him again.

But Lisa wasn't just going to let that go.

When nobody was paying attention, Lisa brought little Jungkook to Mother Jeon's room. The two of them picked up a jade bracelet and stealthily placed it in Aunty Feng's pocket.

That night, when Mother Jeon found the bracelet in Aunty Feng's pocket, Lisa covered up little Jungkook's eyes.

"Big Sister is the bad one. Little Jungkook did nothing." She was the one who did that. Little Jungkook was in the clear.

Exactly like Lisa had wanted, Mother Jeon decided to fire Aunty Feng. It was just because of the bracelet. She had also noticed the odd way that Aunty Feng had been looking at little Jungkook the last few days and that made her feel uncomfortable.

Mother Jeon would not allow any potential danger around her son.

Now that the issue with Aunty Feng had been resolved, Lisa knew that it was time for her to go.

Covering little Jungkook's eyes, she leaned into his ear and said, "Little Jungkook, Big Sister has to go. We will meet later."

When she finished saying that, little Jungkook felt a warm feeling on his ear as though someone had kissed him.

He sensed brightness in front of his eyes and, when he opened up his eyes, the strange Big Sister was gone.
