The story is slow-paced, mainly character's growth. If you expect the OC to be OP from the start this is not it.

"I'm Sorry Rin! So sorry! I was not strong enough! Please come back."
I held her body and I cried until I passed out.
Sora POV
Once Kakashi was out, I moved him away from Rin's body and cleaned the blood on him. I ordered the Anbus to returned with the other kids and to erase the traces of the fight. I changed into Miku and piggybacked Kakashi all the way back to Konoha.
Half way through, Kakashi stirred awake.
Kakashi POV
right side - Sora
What..? Where am I? Why is the ground moving?
That's when I noticed I was on Sora's back. I tried to get down but he didn't let me.
"Rin!"
"I know. I- I'm sorry Kakashi."
"Why are you sorry!? It's all my fault! I wasn't strong enough! I thought I became stronger but it seems I was just daydreaming."
"Everything is my fault! I should- I should have tried harder!... IF I HAD TRAINED EVEN HARDER INSTEAD OF FOOLING AROUND WITH EVERYONE ELSE! IF I HAD JUST BEEN MORE POWERFUL! THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN ALIVE!!!"
"It's not your fault kakashi. You're still a kid, you're allowed to have fun. You're allowed to be happy, laugh and relax. You don't have to carry all this burden alone. You have all your friends, sensei, and me. We're all here to help you carry a bit of your burden."
"I'm sure Rin and Obito wouldn't have liked you blaming yourself and pushed everyone away!"
I didn't say anything. I knew he was right but that isn't fair.
"Why am I always the one who has to lose everything." I was sobbing on his shoulder. I was glad I was hidden on his back.
I felt something cold touch my cheek. It seems even the sky is mourning along with me.

Sora POV
I laid Kakashi on his bed and left a clone to watch over him.
"I hope you don't ever forgive me Kakashi. Cause I for sure won't forgive myself.", I whispered to no one in particular.
