"it's okay, cece" her sister babbled hugging her sister tighter seeing her body posture slump down, she closed her eyes hoping when she opened them it'd all be just a dream. "he's in a better place" she exclaimed trying to convince herself as well. she looked to the row infront of her, seeing her deceased boy-friends mother taking in the words as she viewed her sons casket, cupping his stiff face. "jah baby come back home" she paused before falling onto her knees as her body completely gave out. this broke culture she had a strong bond with the women — due to her relations with her son.
culture felt her body taking over, leading her to the side of 𝐉𝐀𝐒𝐈 , his mother. she wrapped her arms around her falling to her side. her body instantly melted into cultures "it's okay, we got this" she said rubbing her back. — culture was holding on for the comfort of her and for herself knowing she needed the reinsurance just as much.
hearing the pastor continue his speech the two sat their, resting themselves near his casket, it ached culture to see her significant other in this state she didn't know if she could 𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑹 find a love as good as his.
or maybe she just needs time, time to heal and time to remember her first love.
