It's your typical isekai/time travel fix-it. It's my first story so don't expect it to be great.
The story is slow-paced, mainly character's growth. If you expect the OC to be OP from the start this is not it.

But there's the issue of the sharingan and it's already 3-Tomoes. Since she's an orphan I don't know which side of her family were connected to the Uchihas. If Fukaku ever hear news of this, I'm sure she'll be forced to the Uchiha compound. The written test scores were quite surprising, even Shikaku thought it was a Nara who answered. Though there were some mistakes for the Anbu, it's still surprising that she could get half of them right, you need to have access to the Office library to know those theories.

I felt her chakra stirring next to me and she opened her eyes slowly.

"What happened? Where am I?"
"You're at the hospital. You have some important internal injuries. The doctor recommend you stay in bed for 1 week." She looked down and examined herself.
"I won the bet. You better keep your promise! "
She said this with such a fierce gaze. "Very well, once you feel better come visit me Sora. I'll give you my answer then." She nodded and I returned to the office, to fight against my worst enemy. Paperworks T_T
Sora PoV
Ugh... Looks like I need to buy some new jutsu and increase my chakra level. I'm still far too weak! I tried to move my neck but it felt like thousand of needles pierced my body every time I moved.
"System"
I can't afford to stay in bed for 1 week. I looked through the shop and bought 2 advanced healing pills. They cost 5,000 points T_T My hard earned money~~ ╥﹏╥.
I ate them and the next day I felt much better. My body still hurt when doing some excessive movement but I didn't need to stay in bed at least I think in 3 days I'll be completely healed. The doctor nearly jumped out of his skin when he saw me doing push ups in my room. I had to listen to his lecture about health and what not. Really I'm glad Tsunade isn't here or she'll be an even more pain in the ass.
He examined me, mumbled something about miracle and told me I was fine to go. I thought about going to the Hokage's but then I decided against it. I went to the island. I need to increase my stats again. It's been too long now.
While I walked to the island. Hokage's Office.
Hokage's POV
Owl: "Hokage-sama, Sora has been discharged. Should I follow her?"
She has already been discharged!
"Yes but don't let her notice you" How much chakra does she have to have already been healed in one day.
Sora POV
Someone is following me. I sensed around the person's chakra and it seems to be an Anbu. I sighed in relief; at least its not Danzo. I can't afford to let him notice me yet. Should I confront him?... No, I'm sure Hiruzen was the one who ordered that. Let's see what he does for now. I bought some food and walked slowly to the island. I passed through the forest along the most difficult path. He kept following me not that I thought I could lose him. But once I reached the island, he could not come any closer. I had my clones installed plenty of privacy and concealing seals that I bought from the system all around. It seems to be working properly as he left.
Hokage's Office, Hokage's POV
Owl: "Hokage-sama, it seems she went through a barrier in the middle of the river. I tried to enter but it only brought me to the other side of the river."
"Ok, good job Owl, you can go for now." Barrier Uh.... Looks like she's really adept in Fuinjutsu. "Well I'll give her a week as agreed."
A/N: Sora's hairstyle/looks in the chapter picture; just imagine it a bit more childish but the hairstyle and coloris the same. As she grows up, the white will be more prominent than black. She has black/dark brown eyes becoming red in the middle. And she has a scar on her left eye due to her first fall. She has lots of cuts on her body because of training but the baby fat can still be found here and there.

She wears this type of clothes with Ninja shoes. You really can't tell that she's a girl. Her face is most of the time hidden with the hoodie. Most people haven't seen her face completely; she uses a small genjutsu so that if someone less powerful mainly Genins or like Kakashi's friend try to remember or stare too much, her face appears blurry. Only Kakashi has seen her face back when he remove his mask, she also removed the genjutsu.
