I lean my head back until I hear someone biting some fruit, followed by someone sucking the juices from said bite.
I look over and see some void eyes in the corner, curled up on the loveseat.
Y/N: Hey, there's no need to hide from me...
Kai: Let the void decide what she can hide from... *Giggling munch*
Kai leaves the dark and sees my bandages, gasping.
Kai: W-wha... What happened?
She sits down next to me and puts her one hand on my belly.
Y/N: Knife to the gut, figure it was a nice present from Zaun.
Kai gives me a look.
Kai: Y/N... Was it Jarvan?
Y/N: So, I went out and taught him a lesson.
Kai gives me a stare now.
Kai: Did you... Kill him?
Y/N: What kind of an animal do you take me for, no I didn't kill him. I just scared him shitless; he hightailed it quick.
Kai: Ugh... That's worse. He might not target anyone but us. We might get put on Demacia's hit list! Y/N!
She grabs my shoulders, panicking.
I grab hers to the best of my ability.

Y/N: Okay, I can't lie to you, I killed him, I knew something like that might happen, plus I had to keep him away from Sera and you know how those people act?
Kai: Ugh... Y/N... Why?

Kai: We'd take him to court... maybe...

Kai drops the plum she was munching on, obviously in distraught.

Kai pauses for a moment.
Kai: I don't know whether I should bury my head into you because you're someone I trust or... run away...
Y/N: You knew what I did to Kayn and Yasuo, how is this any different? It's a slippery guy who does whatever he wants, walking all over you guys, we both know nothing else will get rid of him...
Kai puts her head on my chest, rubbing my shoulders.
There it is... it feels so nice every time...

I grab her plum and toss it in the trash can from the couch.
Y/N: *Grunt* buckets...
