Be strong, saith my heart; I am a soldier; I have seen worse sights than this.
― Homer, The Odyssey

There was once a girl who knew Death,
There was a boy who faced Death,
They knew him from their way of life.
One who fought to stay alive,
The other fought to see others survive.

Their fight took them nationwide,
Their hearts call the other to their side.
To their victories, I jump and cheer.
To they're losses, I shed a tear.
I know their stories as Death loomed near,
Only to Death were their destinies clear.

The girl whose eyes shown a humble pride,
The boy whose mind is where no secrets hide.
Found family is what they got,
Enemies of theirs will eternally rot.

Little do they know,
Hardship's fruit is what they will sow.
They are happy, that's all you need to know.

There is nothing more admirable than when two people who see eye to eye keep house as man and wife, confounding their enemies and delighting their friends.
― Homer, The Odyssey
