When Artemis had asked for the ware about of Kuroka Toujou the leader of the Youkai faction Yasaka had slightly narrowed her eyes and so did Kunou but at the same time she knows that Artemis has another motive behind that.
Yasaka:usually I'd ask why you want to see her but I can tell you have another motive instead of hunting her down.she said to him
Artemis:I don't have an interest in killing her or anything like that since my main goal here is trying to recruit her into my peerage.he told her
Yasaka:ohh and what makes you think she'll join your peerage especially with what happened with her old master.she asked curiously
Artemis:*shrugs*well I guess we can fight her to see if shoes satisfied with the team or not.he replied to her
When he said that Yasaka had started to think about it as she knows he's nothing like the current White Dragon Emperor and won't kill unless he has to, and the same can be said for the rest of his peerage members.
To say the least Artemis Lucifer has quite the interesting peerage, he of course is a descendant of Lucifer himself and he also the young Lucifuge in his peerage which is Grayfia and has the opposite power from her sister Anne Lucifuge.
Last but not least he also has the reincarnation of Cu Chulainn in his peerage which is Akashi a Demi God and a really skilled spearman as if he wanted to he could defeat hundreds of her own warriors alone.
Yasaka:hmm well her joining you isn't my decision but I guess I can call her here if you'd like.she said back to him
Artemis:I don't mind waiting so I guess you can call her here.he replied to her

Everyone there had turned to the voice as they were met with a girl who stands at 5'3 as she has black hair and hazel colored eyes that's shaped almost like a cats, she's also wearing a black kimono with a large golden obi around her waist. She's also quite well endowed as she has breast almost the same size as Grayfia's if not maybe a bit bigger.
She also has a pair of cat ears on top of her head and 2 black tails swaying behind her back, as Artemis along with Grayfia recognized this person to be the one they're looking for.
It's Kuroka Toujou the SS-rank Stray Devil and the older sister of Koneko Toujou currently in Rias Gremory's peerage.
