I haven't updated this since January-

I've been mostly focusing on Fallout stuff, have a book similar to this one.

Anyways, just have a kind of headcanon that actually makes sense in the lore.

So in PJO, the reason Sally first started making blue foods was because she got into an argument with Gabe on whether they exist or not, and it was basically an act of awesome defiance, hence why it's Percy's favorite color and why they use blue foods for special occasions.

And at this point, she was also a florist, yes?

Well, there's a flower, Butterfly Pea, that can be used to make herbal tea, and it naturally makes the tea blue.

So I headcanon that Sally, while also making foods blue, also made Butterfly Pea Flower tea with the flowers she'd get at work, and it became one of Percy's favorite drinks.
