This what I picture the OC Cyrus Kagenou as, you can imagine it however you want, but in the story I'll use this description of him.
General story :
He wants to be a tragic hero, one who will do whatever it takes to protect those he cares about and accomplish his goals even if it means allying with the 'enemy'. Though he doesn't believe in the whole notion of good and evil. In this story he will not be operating in the shadows for most of it, he will be a part of shadow garden but in the story he will not have many chances to shine as the co-leader of Shadow Garden, Kurai in the public. But he is as loved as cid in the organisation. I'm basing the character off of Mikey from tokyo revengers if you didn't notice, like the way he gives into the darkness to get the first good ending.

Basically the abilities of Reinhard from Re:zero

The most notable ones for the story are that he can make anything a weapon, he can't be hit by projectiles and the first attack launched at him,80% resistance to all magic, can make himself and whatever he rides as fast as he wants. Able to walk on water. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the ability to tell the difference between salt and sugar
