what. the fuck.
onyx hair was peaking out from the back of the window with fair legs dangling over their shoulders, i don't need to describe anymore.
a surge of anger rushed over me. i had no right to be angry, billie and i weren't a thing. nonetheless we hadn't even kissed or fucking hugged. but she's seen me naked...acquaintances maybe?
everything happened so fast, my eyes were fixated on the girl in the backseat making love to the other one. i couldn't see who it was. but i saw enough to set me off. i had realized i fucked up when i pressed down on my keys and a beep echoed through the garage
icy curious blue eyes snapped up at me, followed by a pair of lazy dark brown eyes and red hair. they quickly dispersed from eachother but i didn't care to see anymore, i angrily paced back inside, the shut of a car door coming from behind me. i continuously tapped on the elevator button praying she didn't catch up to me
it finally opened and she was about to enter the building when i kept slamming on the button, the door closing as soon as she got up to me. i let out a huge sigh of relief, but that didn't last long when i finally processed what just happened
i tried to brush it off and made it back to my apartment, successfully avoiding billie the whole way. i shut the door, a little to hard and it slammed, but i didn't care at the moment. i slid my bag off my shoulder onto the table and sulked down on the couch, putting my hands in my face
i had no right to be mad at billie, i knew that. but i was, and i was hurt. i don't know what it meant. there was no way i was already catching feelings for some girl i met at a tattoo parlor 3 days ago.
my thoughts were interrupted when a knock came from the other side of the door
"lexi, open up" a voice i knew all too well calmly spoke. i tried to ignore her. but she was persistent and continued to knock
"lexi, i know ur in there. open the door" her voice was low now. dangerously low. i sighed in defeat and hesitantly stood up, slowly walking to the door, being met with lazy blue eyes when i opened it. i couldn't let her know she got to me. that's what she wanted. so i played it off the best i could.
her eyes piercing into mine, holding eye contact with me, daring me to look away. it felt like an hour that we just stood there, battling to see who would look away first. her pupils got bigger and it startled me, i tore my eyes away and i saw a small smirk creep up onto her face.
"what do u want billie" i sighed, my voice monotone
"how long were you-" i cut her off there, scoffing in disbelief pushing the door, i intended to slam it shut but instead i slammed it open. it echoing off the walls.
when i regained my composure i turned around and billie was looking at me in a way i couldn't describe. her eyes were glued to mine. god it's like this girl never lost a staring contest. her eyes were so intimidating. like she knew every secret about you when you looked into them.
"billie leave" i dryly spoke. i was tired and i just wanted to sleep. i didn't wanna put up with her bullshit anymore. she furrowed her brows and shook her head in disbelief
"why do you even care" she scoffed, her eyes glaring into mine.
"because i-" "billie get the fuck out!" i snapped, her eyes widened and she stared at me for a minute, analyzing my demeanor, before taking a step closer to me.
"no" she spoke, her voice challenging
i looked at her like she was insane and she just shrugged her shoulders, standing her ground
"tell me why this is affecting u as much as it is" she cocked a brow, her eyes burning holes to into mine. i shook my head and threw my arms in the air glaring at her.
"wha- i don't need to fucking explain myself!" i yelled back at her. she just stood there, unfazed
"no lexi, somethings wrong. tell me" she took another step forward, i took a step back jumping a little when my back hit the glass of the sliding door on the balcony. my head felt like it was spinning.
another step. we were face to face now. she parted her lips and her warm breath fanned on my lips, making goosebumps rise on my skin.
"this shouldn't be affecting u as much as it is" she whispered.
she tilted her head to the side, squinting her eyes a little as it felt like she was looking at every inch of my face. she darted her tongue through her pouty lips and let out a hum
"that is, unless..." she paused, smirking a little before leaning forward
"you like me" she lowly spoke in my ear, causing my breath to hitch at the sudden contact. she leaned back and lazily looked into my eyes, waiting for me to speak
"i don't like you" i mumbled, looking away from her. if i looked into her eyes for another second i was gonna give up and i needed to stand my ground.
she put her fingers under my chin and slowly lifted it up so i was met with her eyes, darkened with lust
"look me in my eyes and say that lexi" she challenged
i was stuck. i had nowhere to go. nowhere to run. her eyes flickered to my lips, then to my eyes, and back down to my lips.
the tension was so thick, the silence. you could hear a pen drop. her eyes flickered back to mine, slowly bringing her hand up my my chin, softly gripping it before she sucked in a breath
"you cant"
her lips smashed onto mine and i felt like i was gonna lose all balance in that very moment. i reacted and started kissing back, her deepening the kiss as soon as i did. her hand slid behind my neck cupping it and her free one gripping onto my waist, pulling me closer

my eyes slowly opened and i looked down at myself, my nude body wrapped in the sheets. i rolled over and furrowed my brows as the body that was against mine lastnight, was no longer.
