"I swear as I'll get pregnant I'll disappear from here, I'll speak to Grandma, I'll take full responsibility for kids..."

I was about to continue but he put his finger on my lips and whispered,

"Shhhh~"

My eyes widened and I immediately shut my mouth, is he drunk? I pull myself back from his touch, he licked his lips nervously and spoke,

"Yn I accept that I love someone else but that doesn't change the fact that Eun-woo and Yuri are my kids too"

I shockingly look at him, he is surely drunk or hit his head somewhere, I didn't dare to interrupt him instead somewhere I also want to know what does he think about this situation, about the kids, and about me..., what he wants, I let him speak,

"I also want to save Eun-woo, he's my son and I can do anything for him and about..."

He checked my expression and continued,

"Sunmi, I will talk to her, she's mature enough to understand the situation"

I sighed in half relief and was about to say but he spoke,

"And you don't need to get disappear anywhere, these are my kids, my responsibility too"

"I'm sorry I can't love you as you deserve but I can share your problems, your responsibilities"

His words kind of hurt and comforted me at the same time but I don't want to be a burden on him ever, I looked down and spoke,

"I just want Eun-woo to get healthy as soon as possible, after that, I have already planned everything"

He sighed and nodded his head, none of us spoke a word for a few minutes, I just want to get away from here as soon as possible. He cleared his throat and spoke,

"Jimin told me about your health issues"

My eyes widened a bit, I nervously look over him, he concerned look over me, and suggested,

"So I decided to join the company again so that we can share your workload"

"There is no need to do that"

"But you have to get mentally fit too"

"But-"

"Next week, I'll take over my position back"

I look at him in disbelief while he gave a done face, I sighed and said,

"Okay"

He nodded with a satisfied look on his face and then again an awkward silence, but this time a knock on the door broke it. He look at the time and frowned, I was also confused as it was past 11 everyone supposes to be asleep by now, he looked back at the door and spoke,

"Come in"

The door opened revealing Jennie, she was nervous, I smiled slightly looking at her while she return the smile but that was a fake one, something is wrong, she nervously look at both of us together maybe a foreign site for her. She cleared her throat and confirmed,

"Did I disturb you both?"

"No"

We both answered almost immediately in unison, she was taken back for sure, and she entered the room holding her phone in her right arm, I look over her phone, she was on the call with someone, and she seem to notice my confused expression. She exhaled heavily and spoke,

"Oppa, why are you not picking up Mom's call?"

He rolled his eyes and answered sternly,

"I'll talk to her later"
