Once Y/N was asleep I gathered my things and started to leave. I didn't bother to check the time. The sun was up and we had just spent the last 6 hours tiring one another out.

I turned around to close the door but watched her for a few more minutes. The glare from behind the blinds of the sun didn't seem to bother her as she shuffled in her sleep. Her brown hair had hints of auburn I hadn't noticed before, and it made the olive in her skin really stand out. I could see the freckles that lined her face which I wish I had noticed before; freckles are one of my weakness'.

I felt myself smile as she tugged the blankets tighter to her chest and closed the door quietly as I made my exit. As I walked down the hall into the elevator, all I wanted to do was to turn around and go back to her bed, to her body, to her. I haven't felt this longing to be with someone since Vision, and never did I imagine it to be with another woman.

My mind wandered back to the evening, learning the ways she liked to be touched and pleasured, watching her body react in ways that made me want to do so much more to her. She was gentle and patient with me while I learned how to be with a woman, and it only made me want her to be more aggressive when she would dominate me. Things with Vision weren't bad, and my love for him will always linger but this is different. Different and amazing.

I found myself heading to the café without thinking, I guess despite the tiredness I was starting to feel, I needed something to keep me more awake. It helps that it's a Saturday and there's no school.

As I walk in the door, I see the same girl who I saw enter the bar last night with Y/N and she looks tired. I assume she has a similar night to Y/N and I because as I walk up the register, I see her smile at me like she knows my secrets.

"Good morning Ms" she starts but I interrupt her.

"Wanda. You can call me Wanda".

"Okay, good morning Wanda. Your usual?" she cocks and eyebrow and looks me up and down. I watch her smile grow wider as I slowly look down at my outfit. I guess I left the outfit I wore to the bar at Y/N's and instead have put together something out of her clothes. No doubt her friend knows these belong to her.

I follow her down to the end of the bar as she makes my drink and think of how I want to approach what I want to say. I teach Erica in one of my classes opposite of Y/N and I know they'll talk, I just need to make sure this doesn't get around the school.

"So there's something I think we should discuss" I say and watch as her shoulders tense.

"It's nothing to do with your classes" I relieve her.

"I knew that. I know this about something else" she responds as she takes her apron off and follows me to a table with my drink and hers in hand.

"I knew this was going to happen. I actually encouraged it" she says as she sips on her drink, looking up to stare at me.

"That makes me a little less worried then, I thought you were going to object to this"

"It's been a while since I've seen Y/N like this, happy with another person. If you don't hurt her like she's been hurt before, this stays between the three of us" she sets down her drink as her voice gets sterner.

"What do you mean she's been hurt before?"

"Her last girlfriend was really messed up. It's not my place to tell you because I know she will in time, but for a while any sign of commitment from someone made her freeze and run away before anything got serious. Not that I think you'd be anything like her ex".

The word girlfriend made my stomach flutter. I hadn't had a girlfriend let alone another partner since Vision, the idea always terrified me. But with Y/N it feels safe, like this was meant to happen. I can't help but wonder what happened to her though, I can feel anger forming inside of me at the thought of someone doing so much damage to her.
