Chapter 6: The Detention Block

Y/N's P.O.V

After getting into the armor I leave the Falcon to distract the officer's in command deck above.

The other's sneak out and head to the entrance as I do this.

I get the signal from Sabine to come on up.

I make it to the command deck and close the door.

I then take my helmet off.

Y/N: You know, between his howling and your blasting, I'm surprised the whole station doesn't know we're here.

I put my helmet down.

Han: Bring 'em on. I prefer a straight fight to all this sneakin' around.

BD-4: (Beeps.)

C3PO: We found the computer outlet, sir.

Ben: Plug in. He should be able to interpret the entire Imperial network.

R2 plugs in.

We found out that we have to shut down the control beam at one terminal to shut down the tractor beam.

Ben: I don't think any of you can help. I must go alone.

Han: Whatever you say. I've done more than I bargained for on this trip already.

Ben walks to the exit.

Y/N: I'll come with you.

Ben: Be patient, Y/N. Stay and watch over the droids. They must be delivered safely or other star systems will suffer the same fate as Aldaraan. Your destiny lies along a different path from mine.

He opens the door.

Ben: The force will he with you... always.

Ben leaves and I close the door.

Sabine comes over and puts her hand on my arm.

Sabine: Hey, he's gonna be okay.

I sigh.

Y/N: Yeah, I know.

Chewbacca: (Growls.)

Han: You said it, Chewie. Where did you dig up that old fossil?

I go over to him.

Y/N: Shut up. Ben is a great man.

Han: Yeah, great at getting us into trouble.

Sabine: I didn't hear you give any ideas.

Han: Well, anything's better than just hangin' around waiting for him to pick us up.

R2-D2: (Beeps.)

Y/N: What's going on?

C3PO: I'm not quite sure, sir. He says, "I've found her," and keeps repeating  "She's here."

Y/N: Who?

C3PO: Princess Leia.

Sabine: The Princess is here?

Han: Princess? What's going on?

Y/N: Where is she?

R2-D2: (Beeps.)

C3PO: Level five. Detention Block AA-23.

R2-D2: (Beeps.)

C3PO: I'm afraid she's scheduled to be terminated.

Y/N: Oh, shit. We gotta do something.

Han: What are you talking about?

Sabine and I tell Han what's going on, he said he wouldn't help.
