I think this verse says alot because when your afraid God will there with you to guide you and help you. You just need to trust him.
I know that you might not be good at trusting people and stuff like that but you should trust in God.
What if you are worried about this big test you have that's worth 80% of your grade and your freaking out thinking you'll fail. Then thinking the worst possible solutions. You know who's doing that to you? That's Satan telling you all the things you will fail at. He's trying to make you not trust in God. He's trying to ruin your relationships with God. What we did to say or think right before that test is 'Ok God, I trust that you will guide me through this test. I trust that you will help.' That's it you just need to trust him. And when you get that test back the next and you did a great job you can be like 'Thanks God. Thanks, guiding me through that and helping me.' When ever your feeling like that just remember trust in God and he will be with.
