This verses says you can come to God when you feel down. The rock means he is the rock. God is higher than you. I love going through the bible and thinking that comes from a song.
I would just remember that in good times and bad times he will give you comfort.
Say your cat died he will give you comfort. And also maybe when your mom have birth to a new baby. He will be there through it all.
