When Griffin got home he quickly grabbed all his Dungeons & Dragons rule books and dice off the kitchen table. He tossed them into a backpack, hiding them almost like they were illegal narcotics. Then he headed upstairs to his own room, anxious to shove them under his bed.
But he paused at the top of the stairs. His parents' bedroom door was open and he heard the heavy breathing of someone sleeping inside. He became suddenly worried that maybe his parents had come home early. So he snuck up to the door and peered inside.
Conrad and Kelly were on his parent's king bed, slumbering in a post-coital and drug-induced slumber. They were both naked, apart from the leather choker still tight around Conrad's neck. Griffin found himself admiring Kelly's bare ass but then looked away, ashamed.
He silently closed the bedroom door to give the two some privacy before continuing on to his own bedroom.
