~Narae's POV~

"Narae wake up!! Schools finished!"
Jaehee tried convincing me to wake up.

I looked up to see everyone was packing up.

"Did I just sleep through again?"

"Yes."

"Oh well I have to go bye!"

After every end of the day I rush out. Ofc no one knows why apart from other starship trainees. Not even Jaehee knows and she's my best friend.

But every Tuesday I go to the trainee room in school & practice or chill because that's the one day I don't have training.

But the monthly evaluation was coming up. So I started practicing even more.

I was walking to the room but the most unexpected thing happened. Never happened before so I didn't know what to do.

I saw a light brown hair puppy face Minhee looking boy sitting on the floor.

He was just casually listening to music w airpods in his ears.

"Um Hi who r u?"

The puppy face minhee looking boy looked up at me.

"I'm Kim Gyuvin." He looked at my nametag.
"Oh so you're Gu Narae."

"Yea-"

"Why are you here?"

I looked at him confused as if I'm not the one always here. He just teleported out of no where.

"I'm usually here on Tuesday evenings to practice a song."

"Ohh so that's why yeah I usually come here on Friday's but due to schedule change I thought on coming on Tuesday's now."

"Oh ok"

"But we can share it right?" Gyuvin said looking at me

"Yeah I guess."

"Come here sit next to me!"

I was way too introverted to say more but this boy couldn't stop talking & had wayy more things to ask.

"What year group / grade are you in?"
"1st grade / year 11."

"Can you sing & dance?"
"Yes."

"Do you play piano?"
"Yeah"

*in this ff they're speaking Korean btw not English*

"This is random but did u live abroad?"

"Yeah I was born in Australia."

"Oh that's why."

"What?"

"You speak slowly with more difficult words & despite having a weak accent u can still here it a bit at some points."

Ngl I was a bit amazed by his analysing skills like isn't this the same boy that always looks lost & confused?
He then carried on

"But ur pronounciation is so good like ur accent too u sound like someone that grew up here. Are u sure ur Australian?"

When he said that he got a bit closer to me smiling making me chuckle a bit.

"Ok well we actually need to practice now" He pointed out.

"Yeah true."

He looked at me & asked another question.

"What song r u doing?"

"Bicycle by Chungha."

~Gyuvin's POV~

I couldn't believe it.

The agency changed our free day to Tuesday?!

*I got lazy*

I walked to the dance room as soon as the class ended but good news it was empty!

Until this girl walked in. I'm not sure on how to describe but she is pretty.

After a bit of talking we were supposed to practice but just ended up chitchatting. Ngl it was nice & I still have all the other days to train. One day off is lowkey helpful.

A thew days passed & I'm still thinking abt Narae.

But I shouldn't bc I need to focus on the monthly evaluation coming up. And I can't even tell her bc she can't know I'm a trainee besides how will she even understand or help?

I got to class & sat down.

"Hi Gyuvin." Ricky said

I didn't hear him as I was in my own world.

"Yah stay in this world." He said as he hit my back gently.

"Sorry I'm just.."

"Just what?"
"Are you in love?"
Ricky said smirking.

"No!"
"Besides if I were to be in love it'd have to be another trainee so they'd understand."

"No it doesn't. Besides how do u know that everyone else here isn't a trainee?"

"Whatever."
