It is glimmering
In the fresh water
Of the cold spring.
Foliage flutter,

Shadowing the glimps
Of a silver trail
Under the liquid veil,
Where lazily lie some translucent shrimps.

Rays of sun softly highlight
The shivering edges of grey
Scales, passing through the slight
Tree branches' umbrella. May

The gaps of sunlight
Give it a vivid sight,
Its tail waiving a second
With might among the refreshing pond.

For the beauty
Such a being grant to these waters,
Isn't it fair to only take a look to this scenery ?
And again, the sun showers

This elegant fish
In a golden hue,
Giving it an air of lavish
Metal, swiming its way to the chosen few,

That get the luck to witness
It and its companion's dance,
Fishes of light and darkness
Revolving around eachother in a trance.
