Y/n can be standing next to Steve as they both watch the Psychiatrist talk to Bucky from a monitor. Sam is sitting behind Steve and Y/n, watching as well.
Psychiatrist:(Video) Hello, Mr Barnes. I've been sent by the United Nations to evaluate you. Do you mind if I sit?
Bucky doesn't say anything, so the Psychiatrist sits down.
Psychiatrist:(Video) Your first name is James?
Sharon walks over to Sam and hands him a receipt.
Sharon: The receipt for your gear.
Sam: "Bird costume"? Come on.
Sharon: I didn't write it. (To Y/n) He's your receipt.
Y/n takes it, reads it over, folds it, puts it in his pocket and lets out a grunt.
Sharon:(To Sam) Is he always like this?
Sam:(shrugs his shoulders) You get used to it.
Psychiatrist :(Video) I'm not here to judge you. I just want to ask you a few questions. Do you know where you are, James?
Bucky still doesn't talk.
Psychiatrist:(Video) I can't help you if you don't talk to me, James.
Bucky: My name is Bucky.
As Steve, Sam and Y/n were watching the screen, Sharon hands the photograph of the man who bombed the congress, to Steve.
Steve: Why would the Task Force release this photo to begin with?
Sharon: Get the word out, involve as many eyes as we can?
Steve: Right. It's a good way to flush a guy out of hiding. Set off a bomb, get your picture taken. Get seven billion people looking for the Winter Soldier.
Sharon: You're saying someone framed him to find him?
Y/n: Is it really that hard to believe that someone would do that?
Sam: Y/n, me and Steve looked for the guy for two years and found nothing.
Y/n: Well, you guys didn't bomb the UN.
Steve:(Nods) Exactly. That bombing turned a lot of heads.
Sharon: Yeah, but that doesn't guarantee that whoever framed him would get him. It guarantees that we would.
Steve, Y/n and Sharon's eyes narrow as they all look at the Psychiatrist talking to Bucky.
Steve: Yeah.
We then cut to inside of the secure chamber where Bucky and the Psychiatrist are talking.
Psychiatrist: Tell me, Bucky. You've seen a great deal, haven't you?
Bucky: I don't wanna talk about it.
Psychiatrist: You fear that if you open your mouth, the horrors might never stop. Don't worry.
We then see who this Psychiatrist was and we see that it's Zemo. Zemo then looks at his tablet and sees that he has a message, he opens the message and it says that his package was delivered. Zemo then looks back up at Bucky.
