(Y/n Pov) Year 1943

"Y/n: It has now been 7 years since me and Mimir had been shot out of the portal and landed in what I have learned in a city called New York. Over the years Me and Mimir have learned a lot of new stuff like we thought at first we got sent through time to the Future but after reading some of the history books about the gods there is no mention of my farther but there is a "Loki" and a Thor and Odin. but it can't be my little brother so we come to a conclusion that we got sent to a new Universe all together. Also it seems over the years I have gotten more powerful in strength and I also found that I have some Ice powers Mimir said it's because of my frost giant side. So far I can make some ice weapons like axes, knives and swords. Mimir is sure that as I get older and practice the more stuff I will be able to do with the ice. Taking about Mimir turns out people don't just walk around with a head on their belts so I got a satchel to put him in among other stuff like this journal I'm writing in. I thought that when I do get to see my Father and brother again I can tell them what happened. I hope they are doing okay. Anyways right now the world is at war and Steve wants to join but they will not let him because well he small and from what he told me he doesn't have good health. But that doesn't stop him from trying over and over again. Which leads to the present me and Mimir are outside a enrollment facility waiting for Steve again. He asked me why I don't join the army he said I could probably win it for us by myself. And I always tell him if he gets in then I will join and go to battle with him. I don't want to just leave him here when I go off and fight not after all the help he has been. Oh I also met his other friend  James Buchanan Barnes or as me and Steve call him Bucky. Nice guy he and Steve had been friends since they were kids. Any ways I see Steve walking out of the building time to stop writing."

Y/n puts the journal away in his satchel making sure to not hit Mimr with it. Y/n then walks over to Steve.

Y/n: Hey Steve how it go?

Steve: Same as always they won't let me join.

Y/n: Ah, Sorry bud what's the plan now?

Steve: Want to go see a movie? Or go to a ball game?

Y/n: I do love me some baseball but let's go to the movies I'll pay for the tickets.

Mimir: Aye lads a movie does sound good right about now.

Y/n: See even Mimiir wants to see a movie. Come I just got paid so you can get whatever you want.

Steve: Oh you don't have to do that.

Y/n: I don't have to but I want to. I take care of my friends.

Steve and Y/n are now in line to get snacks. Y/n then gets idea.

Y/n: Steve why don't you go grab us some seats and I'll get the snacks?

Steve: Okay. You know what I want?

Y/n: Yeah.

Steve: Okay I'll get us some seats.

Steve leaves to go grab some seats for them. As Steve sat down a commercial about the war is playing.

Commercial: War continues to ravage Europe. But help is on the way. Every able-bodied young man is lining up to serve his country. Even little Timmy is doing his part collecting scrap metal. Nice work, Timmy!
