29. Worried Him

"I can walk. you can put me down" I said as I saw his tensed muscles  and slightly clenched jaw. I am fit and everything but its not easy to lift a human being in arms or any other way

"Shut up" he said as he kicked the door to our room open and slowly laid me down on the bed

"Are you okay" he gently asked again as I sat properly on the bed and I nodded my head and he poured a glass of water. I took a sip of water from the glass and looked at him

"We will visit a doctor tomorrow, okay?" he said as he pushed some strands of hair behind my ear and I shook my head

"I am fine. We don't need to visit a doctor" I said hiding my face behind the glass of water as realization suddenly dawned on me as to why I must had fainted 

"We do need to visit a doctor, Navika. You just fainted in front of me" he said in a little loud tone and I hissed at my carelessness

"I am not sick or anything. Its just my periods and" I started but stopped as I realized I might just get scolded a lot for the thing I did

"And?" Arjun repeated in a stern tone and I bit my lip and drank some water as my throat suddenly started feeling very dry

"I might have just not eaten something after breakfast" I said and I saw Arjun's expression change to disbelief

"What" Arjun shouted and I flinched as he got up from the bed and walked out and tears started pouring from my eyes. I look down towards my lap as a tear left my eye and I wiped it out.

"Here" I heard his voice and looked up with teary eyes and saw his expression change from angry to soft in a second as he sat down in front of me

"I am sorry, please don't cry" he said as he held my face in his palms and softly caressed my cheeks while more tears started leaving my eyes

"I wasn't shouting at you. I am sorry. I was just very angry" he said as he wiped away my tears and I hiccupped as I tried to speak

"You know how worried you got when you couldn't reach me that day. I just felt something like that when I walked in the kitchen and saw you almost faint" he said in slow voice as he pulled me in for a hug and I tried to calm down my breathing

"I felt so scared in that moment and I really didn't know what to do and how to function when I saw you almost faint" he said and I tried to look up at his face and saw some tears on his face too. I slowly moved my hand and softly caressed his beard

"If I didn't reach on time you could have hurt yourself. your head could have gotten hurt or something. the least you could have done is sit when you started feeling dizzy" he said and I nodded my head and got back from the hug and looked at his face

"I am sorry. I always get careless when I have a lot of work and forget to eat" I said and I saw him lean towards my face and softly kiss my cheek as he wiped the tear stains away from my cheeks

"It was just my periods today too and I am really sorry" I said and I saw Arjun nod his head as he looked at me softly caressed my cheeks

"Its okay, here eat" he said passing me the food he brought for me from the kitchen and I took a bite from it

"But if you do it again ever. I will not talk to you for two days" he said and I nodded my head and felt some words come on my lips that I immediately felt like saying

"Arjun" I called him in a soft voice and he hummed looking at me and I leaned in towards his face and left a small kiss on his lips and moved back and saw him blinking in shock

"I love you" I said and the next second I felt a pair of warm hands on the back of my neck and felt him pulling me closer towards him. I felt his his lips on mine and closed my eyes as he slowly started to move them in heated way and my hands went around his neck.

I felt his teeth press in to my lips and I hissed as he entered his tongue inside my mouth and I felt a wave of pleasure pass through me as our tongues met. I pushed his chest away when I started to feel my out of breath. Arjun parted away and kept his forehead on mine as we both started taking deep breaths

"I love you too" he said and again pressed a kiss on my lips and I felt my cheeks warming up. I hid my face in his chest and he chuckled and pressed a kiss on my head.
