While casually browsing through Facebook, I saw a meme that asks, "What's the hardest part of the day?" Then it says, "Getting up." I found this really funny, mostly, coz it's true. I can relate to it, myself. Working on a day shift is both a blessing and a curse. But for the most part, I consider it the former than the latter. I mean, what's better than having your coffee in the morning? Won't trade that for anything in the world.

My alarm buzzed in at 6 PM and found my aesthetically white curtains dimmed with the color of the sky as I opened my eyes. 75% of my days start during the night. This has been my life for the past five years and while it has its pros and cons, my body seems to have fully adjusted with my sleeping arrangements. Well, as if I have a choice. Even if I have, doing a day job won't pay me half as to what I am earning being a professional night owl. Ohh, I like that, "a professional night owl", could put that in my bio.
