chapter 7 - the party

it was the day jungwon has been dreading, the day is sunghoon's party.

jungwon wanted to wear clothes that say 'i am not a nerd, i am here to party the night away'

after a few minutes of rummaging through his closet, he found the perfect outfit

jungwon admired himself in the mirror, yes he was ready to show everyone that even nerds can have fun too.

jungwon snuck out of his house without his mom and dad noticing him.

he walked to sunghoon's house which was only a few blocks away from his home.

then he took a deep breath and knocked on the door, someone answered the door, it was not sunghoon, it was jay.

"hey jungwon! i am so glad that you could make it, did your parents allow you to come?"

"umm.... yeah" jungwon nodded

"woah, you look  so pretty, for the first time in a while you are not looking like a nerd"

jungwon wanted to punch jay but there was other people at the party so he decided to keep his anger inside of him.

jay pulled jungwon's arm and dragged him to where heeseung and sunghoon were.

but there was another person who jungwon did not know.

"hi you must be jungwon, my name is jake or you can call me jaeyun if you want to" the person smiled at jungwon

"my best friend jaeyun came to stay in korea for a few weeks before he has to go back to australia' sunghoon explained to the others causing heeseung to roll his eyes

"my name is jungwon, it's nice to meet you" jungwon said, smiling at jake

heeseung couldn't take it anymore and walked out of the house.

"is he okay?" jake asked causing sunghoon to look very confused

"i will go and check on heeseung hyung" sunghoon told the others and walked out of the house

"so where's jay?" jungwon asked jake

"not sure actually, he was here just a minute ago but then he saw someone and started talking to them"

jungwon knew EXACTLY who jake was talking about and yes it was eunwoo who was holding jay's hand and smiling at him making jungwon throw up

"babe, are you and jungwon together?" eunwoo asked jay

"nah i was just using him to make you jealous.. did it work?" jay smirked at eunwoo causing jungwon's heart to break into millions of pieces

"i love you so much jongseong" eunwoo said

"love you too babe" jongseong smiled at him

they both kissed each other and that was when jungwon was pulled back into reality.

he realised that jay never liked him in the first place, and he did had to admit that he started to have a crush on him while they were pretending to be in a relationship

but hearing even the thought of jay and eunwoo as a couple made jungwon feel sick to his stomach.

heeseung and sunghoon walked back into the house and they were confused as to why jungwon was crying

"wonie is everything alright?" heeseung asked

jungwon did not want to talk so instead he bursted into tears and ran of the house

that was when sunghoon had enough of this, he stomped towards jay and slapped his face

"dude what the fuck???!?!??" jay yelled at sunghoon causing the other kids to look at them and whisper to each other

"you were the one who broke jungwon's heart!!! why the fuck would you even want to be with someone like eunwoo?!?!? he was the reason why jungwonie was in the hospital!! i honestly can't believe how delusional you are and i know for a fucking fact that you love flirting with girls instead of paying attention to jungwon because he really did like you, ever since you two started fake dating, he started to have feelings for you but you never even noticed which proves that you are fucking idiot who has nothing else better than have sex with girls who you don't even know !!!"

sunghoon grabbed heeseung's hand and they walked away from jay who was so shocked by what the younger had told him.

"you had sex with girls?" eunwoo asked

"well.... yeah but only for fun i still love you babe"

"you fucking bastard..."

eunwoo slapped his face and walked away, leaving jay who was now on the floor crying his eyes out.
