Jimin was floundering and hating every bit of it but the worst part was it was not because of his own actions, it was because of the man he managed for his living.

He cursed the day he let himself meddle in the sweet talk of his best friend despite knowing his worst habits.

"Stupid bastard!" He muttered and banged the door again to his study.
"Tae, I swear if you don't come out in two minutes, I won't be responsible for what I do. Jimin threatened and was met with cold silence.

He let out a tired sigh and was about to turn around when he heard the sound of the turning doorknob.

"You are such a drama queen Jimin!"

Tae teased and Jimin threw daggers his way.

"We are late for the meeting that YOU insisted for with Choi and will be late for the college event and might have to reschedule the fitting for the award show that happening a day after if your highness doesn't get his shit together and doesn't start moving along."

Taehyung in reply decided only to sip his coffee making Jimin more frustrated. The look on his best friend face made Tae laugh.

"Jimin-aah! I don't pay you enough for the shit I make you go through." He said hugging him making him smile through his pout.

Taehyung went to choose his clothes from the wardrobe. Jimin trailing behind him.

He wanted to talk to Taehyung but he knew trying would be of no help. He had been shutting him off lately thinking it doesn't come under his notice. He wondered if he really was okay. The past few days have probably been hard for him. He only wished Tae would reach out in case he needed help.

He hoped if a storm was coming, Taehyung was stronger than five years before.

"Mr.Park I am ready!" Tae yelled and Jimin came out of his reverie.

"Been calling you for five minutes, where were you lost?" Tae said dramatically.

Jimin just shoved a sandwich towards his hand and mumbled "Eat!" and pulled him out on his way.

Taehyung was on his way back when he asked Jimin to pull over to the cancer hospital.

"We are doing this, right now?" Jimin asked surprised.

"We still gotta go to the fitting. . .we can do this later." Jimin said

Taehyung just gave him a look.

"Cancer doesn't give you the luxury of laters, Jimin!"

Jimin knew better to cut him on that so he asked the driver to pull up to the hospital. Losing his grandmother, the only known loving relationship in his life was taken away by that damn disease.

So, when he saw the post on social media of a kid with lukemia asking his parents he wanted to meet Taehyung he had asked Jimin to get the details but he didn't know the years have not done anything to his desperateness to give someone his last wish. His sensitivity to the whole thing. How he doesn't forget how it hurt the first time.

Taehyung met with the doctors and parents of the boy at the hospital. His mother a crying mess-his father barely holding himself together; their only eight year old son was suffering through stage four lukemia and didn't have more than a year.

His chances of making it through this were only upto a miracle. It humbled Taehyung to know that the only source of happiness and excitement in this fighter's life was his movies.
