21. Family Night

"Obviously, I have been living alone for six years now and packing and organizing are one of the firsts things you learn" he said as he picked up more of my stuff lying around me and adjusted them in the bag and I smiled at him

"I am really thankful to the architect who did the interior as they made the proper cupboards and furniture like I needed" he said out of nowhere and I gave him a look not sure about whether he was teasing me or not

"Are you teasing me or you really don't know" I asked giving him a slight look as it could be possible that he really doesn't know because when I designed the room I didn't really talk to him.

"Why would I tease you" he asked looking confused and I nodded my head and smiled as I turned towards him a bit

"I did the interior of you room. It was my first project which I handled alone" I said and he looked surprised and shocked before his face turned into a huge grin

"I really didn't know" he said smiling and I gave him a huge smile and continued back to doing my work

"Hey, I just wanted to say Sorry for that day again. I really didn't mean to do that. I was just lost in the moment I guess" he said again scratching his neck and looking at the cupboard while my cheeks warmed up and I blushed a little looking at the cupboard too.

"It's okay and no one was at fault that day. We both got lost" I said shifting a bit closer to him because I felt like so and saw him give me a huge smile.

I arrange the stuff in the room and clean the bedsheet trying it make it look proper as all of the siblings are going to sit here for the night and have a games night as we are going to leave tomorrow and it is a kind of their tradition since Arjun went to boarding school.

"Its all good. Stop checking it again and again" Arjun said coming out from the bathroom as he saw me wipe the already neat bedsheet and I gave him a small nervous smile. I heard a knock on the door and looked at Arjun as he walked to open the door.

"Hello" Gargi bhabhi said coming in along with Urvashi bhabhi and I passed them both a smile

"Just come in" I heard Shipra bhabhi's voice and saw him dragging Virat bhaiya with her tugging his hand and he looked down at the floor walking behind her

"I brought snacks" Akshit bhaiya said as he walked in with a bag which I am sure is filled with various types of chips and cold drinks. They all started sitting on the bed while I just looked around

"Sit" I heard Arjun's voice and sat on the corner of the bed near the headrest and saw them all chatting with each other and giving looks to each other.

"Shift a little" I heard Arjun's voice and looked up to see him looking at me as he tried to sit beside me and I shifted a bit give him some space. I was now sitting in between Arjun and Gargi bhabhi waiting for the games to start.

"I brought cards" Rohan bhaiya said taking out cards from his pocket and I saw everyone's expression change to amused ones as they all now sat on the bed ready to play

"Let's play poker. I have the poker chips" Arjun said and I saw them all nod and I looked in between them all with confusion. Arjun got up and went in the closet and walked out with a briefcase which apparently had the poker chips in it.

"I don't know how to play" I said as I saw Arjun distributing the chips and I turned around as I heard some gasps and saw everyone's head snap towards me in shock and I shifted back in my place a little

"You don't. Really?" Rohan bhaiya asked and I shook my head in no while everyone just kept staring at me

"I will teach her. Just stop scaring her" Arjun said as no one tried to even stop giving me looks but stopped as soon as he spoke and I looked at him thankfully

"Let's start" Akshit bhaiya said as he distributed the cards to everyone and Arjun pulled me closer to him by my hand and asked me to look at his cards
