Syra's POV
He had chocolate brown colored eyes and hair. He kind of reminded me of Jack, but Jack had white hair and blue eyes so this could NEVER be him.
Syra-"Uh...."

I looked at Dylan and he looked distracted and like he didn't care.
Syra-"Sure"

He smiled and we walked to the dance floor. He put his hand on my waist and I put my hand on his shoulder and we started dancing.

??-"You look beautiful"

I looked up at him confused. Who was this guy??

Syra-"uhh...thanks I guess"

??-"You don't recognize me do you?"

Syra-"Should I??"

??-"I'll let you find that out...Luna"

OMG!! How could this be?! How have I been dancing with Jack and not noticed!!

Syra-"J-Jack?"

Jack-"Correct"

Syra-"How? When? Why?"

Jack-"This was how I looked before I became a guardian, A bit ago, and finally because I knew there had to be a reason for you to shut me off"

Syra-"Jack this is dangerous, Leave Now!"

Jack-"I will, when you tell me what's wrong"

Syra-"Jack please I beg you..."

Jack-"Tell me"

I turned to see if Dylan was looking but he was talking to another man. Jack turned as well.

Jack-"Dylan? What is he-? OH I SEE WHATS GOING ON"

Syra-"what?"

Jack-"Since Dylan is a hybrid he came over here unharmed and while he was over here you cheated on me"

Syra-"WHAT?! I would never be with that creep that hurt my--"

I didn't want to tell Jack what had happened or else I knew he would confront Dylan and here he would be out numbered.

Jack-"Dylan hurt you?!"

Syra-"he threatened to kill you if I didn't go with him and he kind of hurt my wrists"

Jack-"HE'S GONNA PAY"

Syra-"but please don't do anything today, I'll keep up the act but I'll also keep talking and sometimes seeing you alright?"

Jack-"fine"

Syra-"thanks"

I felt like someone was behind me so I turned and saw Dylan walking towards us.

Dylan-"I hope I'm not interrupting anything"

Syra-"of course not! Dylan this is my cousin..."

Jack-" I'm John nice to meet you"

Wow! Jack was actually playing along.

Dylan-"nice to meet you as well, mind if I steal Syra?"

Jack-"not at all I was actually just leaving"

Syra-"Bye John"

I hugged him and he hugged back. When we broke away he walked out of the castle.

Dylan-"you never told me you had a cousin"

Syra-"He doesn't show much"

Dylan-"want to dance?'

Syra-"In a bit I have to speak with my mother"

Dylan-"alright"

I walkedn over to where my mother was sitting with Natalie's mom.

Syra-"Mother I would like to speak with you"

Mom-"About??"

Syra-"My coronation"

My mom looked surprised.
