Chapter 4

Syra's POV
I woke up to my mom starting to lecture me.
Mom-"Syra put on something beautiful. Actually Gorgeous!"
Syra-"ugh, mom what's wrong?"
Mom-"we have a meeting with the Alpha of the Werewolves"
Syra-"why do I have to go?"
Mom-"your the main reason, I'm only going to "supervise" and Hans is going as my right hand man"
Syra-"why does Hans have to go?"
Mom-"because I said so"
Syra-"fine"
My mother left my room and I started looking through my closet. I need help. I tested Natalie:
S-"I need fashion advice"
N-"be there is a minute"
S-"thanks"
Natalie arrived and climbed in through my window.
Syra-"thank you for coming"
Natalie-"No prob, what's the crisis?"
Syra-"don't know what to wear for a meeting"
Natalie-"what about the long black dress"
Syra-"wore that yesterday"
Natalie-"I have an idea"
She went into my closet and brought out a pink skater skirt, I put it on.
Syra-"what's next?"
She brought out a black v-neck crop top.
Syra-"No I am not putting that on!"
Natalie-"Yes You are!"
Syra-"No!"
Natalie-"Syra!"
Syra-"now you sound like my mother"
Natalie-"you want to look pretty so that Hans knows what he's missing?"
Syra-"I don't like him though"
Natalie-"exactly, you need to show off"
Syra-"your techniques are confusing"
Natalie-"please, for me?"
Syra-"fine"
I snatched it from her hand and went to the bathroom to put it on. When I came out Natalie held a blazer and shoes already.
Natalie-"here you go"
I put the blazer on then the shoes and then I got a matching bag. Natalie handed me a golden snowflake necklace. I put it on.
Natalie-"you look great!"
Syra-"thank you Natalie"
Natalie-"here to help, now good luck"
She hugged me and left. I did my hair in a different messy braid than usual. (Media, except Syra's hair is black and her eyes are gold) Natalie was great. I walked downstairs where My mother and Hans were waiting for me.
Hans-"Syra you look beautiful"
Syra-"thanks"
Mom-"the meeting is on their territory so two guards are allowed to go"
Syra-"fine"

*skip to when they arrive*
Werewolf guard #1-"Greetings, our Alpha waits for you in the meeting room"
We walked to the meeting room where a guy was facing away from us. He had platinum blonde hair, a blue sweater, Brown skinny jeans, no shoes, and a staff. Wait! I recognize this person....Jack!! I completely forgot he was the Werewolf Alpha! Now he would know who I am! He turned around and I stood behind Hans.
Mom-"Syra don't hide behind your fiance!"
She pulled me out and Jack stared directly at me.
Jack-"Syra? Fiance?"
Syra-"He is not my Fiance!"
Mom-"he will be"
Hans-"Wait Syra you know him?"
I looked at Jack.
Jack-"yea Syra do you know me?"
Syra-"I saw him once, in the forest"
Hans-"How come you never told me?!"
Syra-"two reasons
1:It was from far
And 2:YOU AND I ARE NOT TOGETHER!!!"
Jack chuckled. Eugene walked in just at the wrong time.
Eugene-"Hello Ja..... What is she doing here?!"
He pointed directly at me....Shit!
Jack-"who are you talking about?"
Jack gave Eugene a shut up look and he did.
Syra-"let's start with the meeting shall we?"
Jack-"good idea"
Jack sat in front of me, Eugene to his right, Hans to my left, and my mother on my right.
Jack-"we called this meeting for an incident that happened in the forest yesterday"
Syra-"what happened?"
Jack-"yesterday half a dozen Werewolves were attacking a small group of Vampires, then something/someone threw fire of some sort"
Syra-"and your point is?"
Jack-"we want the Vampire responsible or else w war might come, and we'll have the guardians"
Syra-"Fire Powers?!"
Jack-"apparently yes"
Syra-"we don't know of such.....po...we...r"
Eugene-"it was you wasn't it!"
He came at me but Jack grabbed his shirt and yanked it, while growling.
Jack-"she's my Luna!"
Eugene crouched.
Eugene-"sorry Alpha"
What did he mean by Luna?
Hans-"what's a Loona?"
Jack-"never mind that, your majesty may I have a word?"
Syra-"me?"
Jack-"Yes"
Hans-"No any th..."
Syra-"alright"
Hans-"but Syra"
Syra-"I am the future Queen and I decide to go! Meet me at the castle"
Mom-"Syra your a lunatic!"
Syra-"I am "Alpha" here and I said I'll meet you at the castle"
Hans looked at my mom in a weird way.
Mom-"alright"
My mom, Hans, and the two guards left. I turned to look at Jack.
Syra-"thank you"
Jack-"for what?"
Syra-"for saving me...again"
Jack-"I did?"
Syra-"yea from Eugene"
Jack-"when did that happen?"
Syra-"you don't remember?"
Jack-"not at all...come with me"
He grabbed my hand and led me out of the meeting room.
Syra-"where are we going?
Jack-"to talk to Manny"
Manny?! My father's murderer?! This was going to go bad.
